摘要: The disclosure includes embodiments for improving quality of service for a vehicular plug-and-play ecosystem. A method according to some embodiments includes receiving environment data describing an environmental condition of a vehicle sensor. The method includes determining a quality of service value for the vehicle sensor based on the environment data. The method includes determining a corrected sensor measurement for the vehicle sensor based on the quality of service value. In some embodiments, the vehicle sensor includes a non-transitory memory that stores digital data that describes the environmental condition and the quality of service value for the vehicle sensor when it operates in the environmental condition. In some embodiments, the quality of service value is a factor that corrects the sensor measurement of the vehicle sensor when it operates in the environmental condition.

摘要: An autonomous driving apparatus executes an autonomous driving control of a vehicle. When an override occurs during the autonomous driving control, switching from the autonomous driving control to manual driving is executed. A first determination condition is for determining that the autonomous driving control can be resumed, when the driver is estimated to have a continued operation intention, which is an intention to continue the manual driving, after the switching from the autonomous driving control to the manual driving is executed. A second determination condition is for determining that the autonomous driving control can be resumed, when the driver is estimated not to have the continued operation intention after the switching from the autonomous driving control to the manual driving is executed. The first determination condition is less likely to be met than the second determination condition.

摘要: A vehicle speed limiting apparatus includes an opening detection unit to detect an opening of an accelerator pedal of the vehicle; an estimation unit to estimate whether the vehicle starts a lane change; and an ECU to implement an upper-limit setting unit to set an upper-limit speed of the vehicle, a vehicle speed control unit to control the traveling speed so as not to exceed the upper-limit speed even when the opening of the accelerator pedal becomes great enough to make the traveling speed exceed the upper-limit speed, and a permissible speed setting unit to set a permissible speed higher than the upper-limit speed. When the estimation unit estimates that the vehicle starts the lane change, the vehicle speed control unit permits the traveling speed to exceed the upper-limit speed, and controls the traveling speed so as not to exceed the permissible speed.

摘要: A fuel tank comprises a circular column-shaped fuel tank body, a handle, and a lock mechanism. The circular column-shaped fuel tank body is provided so as to be capable of being detachably attached to a fuel-powered device. The handle is formed on one end side in a length direction of the fuel tank body. The lock mechanism is capable of switching between a locked state in which the fuel tank body cannot be removed from the fuel-powered device, and a lock-released state in which the locked state has been released, due to the fuel tank body being rotated in a circumferential direction in a state of being installed to the fuel-powered device.

摘要: The disclosure includes embodiments for providing traffic situation awareness for a driver of an autonomous vehicle. In some embodiments, the autonomous vehicle is a highly autonomous vehicle (HAV). A method implemented by the HAV includes, according to some embodiments, analyzing external sensor data recorded by one or more external sensors of the HAV to identify a traffic situation. The external sensor data describes one or more measurements of a physical environment external to the HAV. The method includes generating graphical data describing visual feedback that visually depicts information describing the traffic situation. The method includes providing the graphical data to an interface device to cause the interface device to display the visual feedback. The interface device is communicatively coupled to the HAV and operable to receive the graphical data from the processor of the HAV. The visual feedback provides the traffic situation awareness to the driver of the HAV.
