A yarn package transportation vehicle comprises a turnable table having a plurality of cylindrical containers arranged in circle thereon. Yarn packages produced by a spinning machinery are canistered in the containers. The vehicle is positioned adjacent to one end of the spinning machinery so that one of the canisters is set in a canistering position in which the canister receives the yarn packages therein. When one container is fully loaded with the yarn packages, adjacent container is readily brought into the canistering position by turning the table a predetermined angle.

The system comprises a first conveyer extending along the major length of the spinning machinery to receive the doffed cheeses thereon directly from the spinning machinery, and a second conveyor extending between the end of the first conveyer and the container to receive and transport the cheeses from the first conveyer to the container. The second conveyer is driven at a higher speed than the first conveyer to allow the cheeses to be automatically contained in the container which has an inner diameter slightly larger than an outer diameter of the cheese in a manner which allows the bobbins of the cheeses to be stacked in end-to-end relationship.

Disclosed is a vehicle control apparatus which can prevent the deterioration of drivability. The ECU can set a control accelerator opening degree to be converted when a control permission condition is established. The control accelerator opening degree is equal to or larger than an accelerator lower limit which is larger than an idle determination value for determining an automatic stopping of an engine by an eco-run. The control accelerator opening degree thus set can prevent the drivability from being deteriorated without the automatic stopping of the engine being caused even if the accelerator opening degree is converted to reduce the torque of the engine with the establishment of the control permission condition.

Provided is a vehicle control apparatus that can prevent the drivability from being deteriorated. The vehicle control apparatus has an ECU which determines, when the control permission condition is not established, not to execute the reduction control in the case that the accelerator opening degree is smaller than or equal to the accelerator threshold value or the vehicle speed is smaller than or equal to the vehicle speed threshold value, even if a depression of an accelerator pedal is detected and a depression of a foot brake pedal is detected. Therefore, the vehicle control apparatus can stop the torque reduction control to prevent the reduction of the engine output contrary to the intention of the driver in the case that an impact to the vehicle is small such that a load more than necessary is not applied to the vehicle even if the accelerator pedal and the brake pedal are both depressed by the driver. As a result, the vehicle control apparatus can improve the operability of the vehicle in the situations such as hill start and overcoming steps, thereby preventing the drivability from being deteriorated.

A throttle control apparatus comprises a throttle valve placed in an intake passage, a motor for driving the throttle valve, an electronic control unit (ECU) for controlling the motor, and a throttle sensor for detecting an actual opening degree of the throttle valve. The ECU determines that the throttle valve is frozen when the actual opening degree does not reach a target opening degree even after a driving time for driving the motor has exceeded a predetermined time, and then stores the actual opening degree at the time as an icing opening degree. The ECU supplies a driving duty to cause the motor to produce required driving torque for removal of icing and reverses the driving duty by open control, and controls the motor to bring an accumulated value of a deviation between the target opening degree and the icing opening degree to zero, thereby repeatedly swinging the throttle valve.
