摘要: Disclosed are a connection assembly for a battery module and a battery module. The connection assembly for a battery module has a housing, a first cover plate and a second cover plate, wherein the housing has a body and a protrusion extending continuously from the body; the first cover plate covers the body; the second cover plate is arranged to be integrated with the first cover plate; the second cover plate is configured to be movable relative to the first cover plate so as to be switched between a closed position and an open position; in the closed position, the second cover plate covers the protrusion; and in the open position, the second cover plate is detached from the protrusion. In the connection assembly for a battery module and the battery module provided in the present application, the second cover plate is movable relative to the first cover plate, to facilitate switching between the closed position and the open position, so that the disassembly and assembly processes of the connection assembly and the battery module are simplified. The second cover plate is arranged to be integrated with the first cover plate, so that the quantity of parts of the connection assembly and the battery module is reduced.

摘要: Disclosed are a connection assembly for a battery module and a battery module. The connection assembly for a battery module has a housing body, a cover plate and an openable and closable door, wherein the housing body is used for supporting a plurality of components; the cover plate covers the housing body and used for covering the plurality of components on the housing body; the cover plate is provided with a second through-hole, and the second through-hole positionally corresponds to at least one of the plurality of components; the openable and closable door is movably mounted on the cover plate, and is positionally changeable between an open position and a closed position; wherein in the open position, the openable and closable door opens the second through-hole to expose the at least one of the plurality of components; and in the closed position, the openable and closable door shields at least part of the second through-hole to cover the at least one of the plurality of components on the body. A contact state between a temperature sensor and a cell can be examined by means of the second through-hole.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses an electric connection assembly having a support and a connector; the support comprises a support body; the support body is provided with a mounting groove and a limiting protrusion; at least part of the connector is arranged within the mounting groove; and the limiting protrusion can cooperate with the connector so as to prevent the connector from withdrawing from the mounting groove. Compared with the prior art, the electric connection assembly is simple in overall structure and convenient to assemble. In the electric connection assembly, the stability of the integral assembly of the connector and the support can be enhanced by arranging the corresponding limiting protrusions on the support. Particularly, compared with the support and the connector which are integrally formed by embedded injection molding, the electric connection assembly can avoid the problems of fixed mounting position, inflexibility and the like of the connector due to reasons such as tolerance and the like.

摘要: A connector assembly for voltage monitoring battery cells of a battery module includes a connector having a plurality of terminals and a wire assembly extending from the connector along a wire axis. The wire assembly has a plurality of wires extending between a terminal end and a buss bar end. The terminal end is terminated to a corresponding terminal. The buss bar end is configured to be terminated to a voltage sensor associated with a corresponding buss bar of the battery module. The buss bar end is folded over such that the buss bar end extends at a transverse angle relative to the wire axis. The buss bar ends are staggered along the wire axis at different depths from the connector.

摘要: A connector assembly includes a connector having a plurality of terminals configured to be mated with a control module connector associated with a battery module and a multi-wire planar cable extending from the connector along a cable axis. The multi-wire planar cable has a plurality of flat wires terminated to corresponding terminals and a common jacket for the plurality of flat wires. The flat wires have exposed terminating portions at a sensor end of the multi-wire planar cable for termination to different voltage sensors associated with corresponding buss bars. The terminating portions are staggered along the cable axis. The multi-wire planar cable is angled such that the cable axis is non-parallel to a cell stack-up direction of the battery cells with the exposed terminating portions being aligned along a terminating axis generally parallel to the cell stack-up direction.

摘要: The present application discloses an electric connection assembly having a support and a connector, wherein the support comprises a support body; the support body is provided with a mounting groove; the connector is configured to be in contact electrical connection with a mating connector; the connector comprises a mounting part; part or all of the mounting part is detachably received within the mounting groove; the support and the connector are formed separately and connected to each other. Compared with the prior art, the electric connection assembly of the present disclosure implements the function of supporting, holding and assembling integrally the corresponding connectors by means of the support provided with a mounting groove. Correspondingly, the entire structure of the electric connection assembly is simplified and convenient to be assembled.
