    摘要: A bus bar module of a battery system includes a bus bar, a sensing circuit carrier, and a fuse assembly. The bus bar is held by a tray and configured to electrically connect two battery cells of the battery system. The sensing circuit carrier includes at least a first electrical conductor and a dielectric insulator surrounding the first electrical conductor. The fuse assembly includes a first holder terminal, a second holder terminal, and a fuse disposed between and electrically connected to the first and second holder terminals. The first holder terminal is electrically connected to the first electrical conductor of the sensing circuit carrier, and the second holder terminal is electrically connected to the bus bar such that the fuse assembly defines a segment of a voltage sensing line from the bus bar through the sensing circuit carrier towards a control device.

    摘要: A connector assembly for voltage monitoring battery cells of a battery module includes a connector having a plurality of terminals and a wire assembly extending from the connector along a wire axis. The wire assembly has a plurality of wires extending between a terminal end and a buss bar end. The terminal end is terminated to a corresponding terminal. The buss bar end is configured to be terminated to a voltage sensor associated with a corresponding buss bar of the battery module. The buss bar end is folded over such that the buss bar end extends at a transverse angle relative to the wire axis. The buss bar ends are staggered along the wire axis at different depths from the connector.

    摘要: A fused buss bar assembly for bussing battery cells of a battery module includes a plate configured to be terminated to a cell terminal of a corresponding battery cell and a buss bar fuse in the plate. The buss bar fuse having at least one connecting strip between a first base section and a second base section. The buss bar fuse has a fuse channel associated with the at least one connecting strip. The fuse channel reduces the cross-section of the buss bar fuse at the corresponding connecting strip such that the connecting strip has a reduced fused cross-section relative to a first cross-section of the first base section and a second cross-section of the second base section. The fused buss bar assembly includes a fuse bridge coupled to the buss bar fuse. The fuse bridge spans the fuse channel to electrically connect the first base section and the second base section.

A terminal fixing portion of the connector is provided with terminal accommodating cavities for accommodating connecting terminals. Separators for separating adjacent connecting terminals are disposed as protruding between the terminal accommodating cavities. The matched connector comprises insertion holes and isolating slots provided on a female end seat. The separators are inserted into the isolating slots. One end of the connecting terminal is disposed on the body of the connector, and the other end is held within the insertion hole and is connectable with a terminal connecting piece of the matched connector. The invention prevents connecting terminals from interfering with each other to provide a higher secure connection performance, while maintaining smaller spacing therebetween.
