摘要: A smart glasses system includes smart glasses configured to be worn by an individual. The smart glasses include a display and a camera configured to obtain one or more images. One or more processors are communicatively coupled to the smart glasses and are configured to receive the one or more images and to process the one or more images to identify characteristics of damage to a property. The one or more processors are also configured to generate, based on the characteristics of the damage to the property, a mitigation protocol. The one or more processors are further configured to provide an output indicative of one or more steps of the mitigation protocol to the smart glasses for presentation to the individual via the display.

摘要: A system may include a processor. The processor may be configured to receive a first indication indicative of presence of a person arriving at a location associated with a scheduled service. The process may also be configured to determine whether the first indication corresponds to an expected arrival time of the scheduled service. Additionally, the processor may receive activity data in response to determining that the indication corresponds to the expected arrival time. Further, the processor may receive a second indication indicative that the person has completed the scheduled service. Further still, the processor may determine whether the scheduled service is completed based at least in part on the activity data. Even further, the processor may transmit a service confirmation to a computing device associated with a property owner of the location in response to determining that the scheduled service is completed.

The operations also include determining ownership of the item based on information stored on a distributed ledger. The operations also include determining authenticity of the item based on the information stored on the distributed ledger. The operations also include determining a value of the item based on the information stored on the distributed ledger. The operations also include generating an insurance policy for the item based at least in part on the value.

摘要: Systems and methods described herein facilitate the tracking of shared ownership of assets, such as real property as well as other types of property, using distributed ledger technology (DLT) techniques. For example, in timesharing scenarios, by storing data relating to shared ownership of particular assets in a distributed ledger, such as a blockchain, various aspects of the shared ownership of the shared asset may be tracked in an immutable and secure manner with all parties involved having transparency into the data relating to the shared asset. For example, the embodiments described herein enable tracking of certain aspects relating to shared ownership of a shared asset, such as scheduling of time periods during which certain share owners may take custody, tracking of transfers of custody of the shared asset between share owners, transfer of control of smart devices associated with the shared asset, and so forth.

摘要: The present application generally relates to a system that includes one or more sensors configured to acquire data representative of a geographic area, including municipal data, vehicular data, utility data, or a combination thereof. The system also includes a processor that receives a request for a loan from a requesting party. The request is associated with a service to be provided to the geographic area. The processor determines a factor for the geographic area based on the data, and the factor is representative of a presence of the service within the geographic area. Additionally, the processor determines a gap associated with the service within the geographic area. The gap is indicative of a perceived desire for the service within the geographic area. Furthermore, the processor determines whether the gap exceeds a threshold value and automatically transfers funds to the requesting party in response to the gap exceeding the threshold value.
