    摘要: The present invention pertains to an alpha, beta-heterodimeric polypeptide having binding affinity to vertebrate luteinizing hormone (LH) receptors and vertebrate follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) receptors comprising a glycoprotein hormone alpha-subunit polypeptide and a non-naturally occurring beta-subunit polypeptide, wherein the beta-subunit polypeptide is a chain of amino acids comprising the following four joined subsequences:(a) a first subsequence homologous to the amino acid sequence of residues 1-93 of the beta-subunit selected from the group consisting of human chorionic gonadotrophin (hCG), vertebrate luteinizing hormone (LH), vertebrate follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), and vertebrate thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH);(b) a second subsequence homo logous to the amino acid sequence of residues 94-97 of the beta-subunit selected from the group consisting of human chorionic gonadotrophin (hCG) and vertebrate luteinizing hormone (LH);(c) a third subsequence homologous to the amino acid sequence of residues 98-100 of the beta-subunit selected from the group consisting of human chorionic gonadotrophin (hCG), vertebrate luteinizing hormone (LH), vertebrate follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), and vertebrate thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH); and(d) a fourth subsequence homologous to the amino acid sequence of residues 101-110 of the beta-subunit of vertebrate follicle stimulating hormone.

    摘要: Methods, apparatus and systems for monitoring a presence or a motion of an object in a proximity of an apparatus are described. In one example, a described apparatus is in a venue for wireless proximity monitoring. The apparatus comprises: a transmitter, a receiver, and a processor. The transmitter is configured for transmitting a wireless signal through a wireless multipath channel, wherein the wireless multipath channel is impacted by a motion of an object within a proximity of the apparatus. The receiver is configured for: receiving the wireless signal through the wireless multipath channel between the transmitter and the receiver, and obtaining a time series of channel information (TSCI) of the wireless multipath channel based on the wireless signal received by the receiver. The processor is configured for monitoring the motion of the object within the proximity of the apparatus based at least partially on the TSCI.

    摘要: A memory device with configurable delay tracking is described. The memory device includes M normal word line drivers, a dummy word line driver a memory array, N sense amplifiers, and a timing control circuit. The memory array includes M rows and N columns of memory cells and a column of dummy cells. The word line drivers drive word lines for the rows of memory cells. The dummy word line driver drives a dummy word line for at least one dummy cell in the column of dummy cells. The timing control circuit generates enable signals having configurable delay, which may be obtained with an acceleration circuit that provides variable drive for a dummy bit line coupled to the column of memory cells. The sense amplifiers detect bit lines for the columns of memory cells based on the enable signals.
