    摘要: A transfer device for transferring an actuator displacement, has a housing with a first recess having a first and second plunger displaceably mounted. These plungers are actively connected via at least one transfer chamber by a fluid. The active connection causes the second plunger to be displaced when the first plunger is moved and vice versa. The transfer chamber is hydraulically coupled via a sealing gap to a compensating chamber compensating the pressure differences, in a delayed manner. The transfer device also has a chamber device with a compensating chamber, a chamber housing, and a first plunger. The chamber device has a device with a first body with a recess including a second body, and with an elastomer placed in the recess between the first and second body. The elastomer has a first groove extending at least partially along the recess.

    摘要: A device for transmitting a displacement of an actuator to a setting element comprises two pistons that delimit two transmission chambers and a compensation chamber with a housing. The compensation chamber is hydraulically connected to the two transmission chambers. The transmission chambers transmit a displacement of the first piston in order to effect a displacement of the second piston. The compensation chamber serves as a reservoir for the transmission medium with which the transmission chambers are filled. The compensation chamber is delimited by an elastomer ring. The elastomer ring depicts a simple and economical realization with which it is possible to subject the compensation chamber to the action of pressure and to change the volume of the compensation chamber at the same time. In a preferred embodiment, the elastomer ring is externally subjected to the action of a tension force via a pressure ring.

    摘要: An injection valve has an injector housing (1) and an actuator and also a nozzle assembly. The nozzle assembly has a nozzle body (6) with a recess (8) into which a nozzle needle (10) is introduced and at one axial end of which an injection nozzle (12) is embodied. The recess (8) has, axially adjacent to the injection nozzle (12), a first guide region (14) for the nozzle needle (10). The recess (8) also has at least one cross-sectional extension which extends toward the other axial end. The recess (8) is embodied for the purpose of delivering fluid to the injection nozzle (12). A guide bushing (20) is introduced into the recess (8) in a subsection of the cross-sectional extension, the guide bushing (20) forming a second guide region (22) for the nozzle needle (10) and being embodied for conducting fuel radially outside of the second guide region (22).

    摘要: The invention relates to a method and an injector for determining a position of a second part (10) inside a stepped boring (6). This part should assume an exact distance (H) from a first part (2). In order to determine the distance (H) between both parts (2, 10), a collar (3) is firstly introduced into a second boring (6b) of the stepped boring (6) until it rests upon a step (16) of the stepped boring (6). Afterwards, a punch (4), together with a touch probe (5), which is located inside a longitudinal boring (d), is placed upon a lower annular surface (17) of the collar (3) or on an underside (17a) of the first part (2), and the collar (3) is compressed until the predetermined distance (H) is obtained. The distance (H) is measured to a reference measure (x) between a projecting end piece (E) of the touch probe (5) and a reference mark (B) outside of the punch (4). The stamping process is stopped once the reference measure (x) has been obtained.
