摘要: A technique for producing one or more shaped bodies of semiconductor material using the steps of depositing a layer of the semiconductor material from the gas phase onto the outer surface of a heated, hollow carrier body, or onto the mutually remote surfaces of two carrier bodies spaced from one another, and thereafter removing the carrier body or bodies from the layer or layers so formed. Each carrier body is heated indirectly by a heater body located within said hollow carrier body, or between said spaced carrier bodies, and heated to a temperature above the deposition temperature of the semiconductor material.

摘要: A method of producing shaped hollow semiconductor members, as of silicon or silicon carbide by depositing a select semiconductor material from a gaseous compound onto a heated graphite substrate which is first heat-treated above 1300.degree. C. in a flowing gas atmosphere, preferably a mixture of H.sub.2 and SiHCl.sub.3 so as to modify the surface characteristics of the substrate whereby the deposited semiconductor material does not interact with the substrate so that the substrate may be reused.

摘要: For the manufacture of tubular bodies of semiconductor material, particularly of silicon, by the precipitation of a layer in the form of a hollow cylinder on a rod or tube-shaped,electrically heated carrier in a reaction gas suitable for the deposition of the semiconductor in question, with subsequent separation of the semiconductor layer from the carrier, the carrier is differentially heated in such a manner that the generated hollow-cylinder layer is given an annular, bead-like reinforcement; the separation of the tube obtained into parts is achieved by a cut made within the reinforcement.

摘要: A handle assembly for a motor-vehicle door latch has an adapter plate shaped to fit on a motor-vehicle door and forming a pivot and a seat, an electrical connector sleeve snugly fittable in the seat, and a handle having an arm fittable in the connector sleeve and with the pivot. The handle is movable between a partially installed position and a fully installed position. In the partially installed position the arm snugly engages in the connector, the connector is snugly fitted in the seat, and the arm is out of engagement with the pivot. In the fully installed position the arm is still engaged snugly in the connector but the connector is pulled out of the seat, and the arm is in pivotal engagement with the pivot and pivotal about the pivot jointly with the connector sleeve.

摘要: The invention relates to a fuel pump assembly for a motor vehicle, which can be upstream of a fuel pump of the motor vehicle in a fuel line of the motor vehicle, having a pump housing and a pump device arranged thereupon, by means of which fuel can be pumped into and/or through the pump housing when the pump device is in the active state thereof, wherein the pump device has at least one stroke piston pump having an inlet valve and an outlet valve which are opened and closed in alternation by pressure activation when the pump device is active. In order to provide a fuel pump assembly which enables a very energy efficient operation of a motor vehicle thereby equipped, according to the invention the inlet valve and the outlet valve are held in the open positions thereof when the pump device is inactive.

The method modifies a marking layer deposited on a surface of the substrate, that visually indicates that the heat treatment has been carried out, and produces a rough marking field on the surface of the substrate that the marking layer deposited on the substrate exhibits intimate adhesive bonding thereto, which marking layer cannot be completely removed using a mechanical mechanism.
