Abstract:
Drugs can be sorted irrespective of whether or not drug data is registered. A drug sorting device includes a conveying/sorting unit configured to: accommodate drugs determined to have drug data corresponding to image data into a confirmed area of a second accommodating portion for each type; and accommodate drugs determined to have no drug data corresponding to the image data into a temporarily determined area.
Abstract:
The present invention has an object to provide a drug packaging device including a printing unit configured to perform printing by jetting ink and being capable of performing the printing on a packaging paper with high printing quality without including a support base or the like for the packaging paper. A drug packaging device (10) includes a drug supply unit (20), a packaging unit (30), a packaging paper conveying unit (40), and a printing unit (60). The printing unit (60) includes an ink ejection unit (62) capable of ejecting ink downward. A conveyance path (T) of the packaging paper conveying unit (40) includes: an intersecting-direction conveyance section (T1) for conveying a packaging paper (S) in a direction intersecting an ejection direction of the ink; and a first conveyance direction switching section (46) and a second conveyance direction switching section (48) for changing the conveyance direction of the packaging paper (S) on upstream and downstream, respectively, of the intersecting-direction conveyance section (T1) in a conveyance direction of the packaging paper (S). The ink ejection unit (62) is arranged at a position spaced apart upward from the intersecting-direction conveyance section (T1) by a predetermined distance.
Abstract:
Provided is a medicine identifying system which enables automatization of medicine identification. A medicine identifying system is constituted of a medicine photographing device and a computer. Medicine identifying software is installed in the computer. At the time of performing medicine identification, a user first sets a medicine to be identified in the medicine photographing device. Next, the medicine photographing device starts to photograph the medicine by using an operation of the user with respect to the computer as a trigger. A photographed image of the medicine is transmitted to the computer as data. Then, the medicine identifying software refers to a database based on this image data to search the medicine.
Abstract:
To provide a medicine inspection system capable of appropriately outputting an inspection result while minimizing damage and the like to a packaging bag and a medicine.A medicine inspection system 10 includes an inspection device 20 which inspects a numerical quantity and/or a type of a medicine contained in a packaging bag p based on an image photographed of the packaging bag p to be inspected, and a marking device 50 which records an inspection result from the inspection device on the packaging bag p. After the packaging bag p, which has a seal section S formed by pressure bonding an overlapping portion of a packaging paper, is inspected at the inspection device 20, a stamp which indicates the inspection result thereof is output by a marking device 50 onto the seal section S.
Abstract:
An object of the present invention is to automatically identify a direction, a posture and characteristics such as a shape, a size, a type and an expiration date of a medicine and store the medicine with ensuring a high degree of freedom. A medicine supplying apparatus 1 includes an identifying part and a storing part. A storing area is defined at the time of storing the medicine according to a size of a medicine contained in characteristics of the medicine identified by the identifying part. The medicine is stored in the storing part in a state that identification information of the medicine is associated with the storing area. Further, the medicine supplying apparatus has a determination processing part which can determine whether or not the medicine is a target to be treated based on the characteristics of the medicine identified by the identifying part.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a high accuracy medicament inspection device and system to inspect medicaments enclosed in a package with a printing area. The medicament inspection device implements a medicament information detection process that includes: a medicament candidate area extraction step extracting a dark colored area in a back side illuminated image as a medicament candidate area A (assumed presence of medicament); a print candidate area extraction step extracting an area containing the print on the package based on a front side illuminated image as a print candidate area B; a print area identification step specifying an area corresponding to the print contained in the print candidate area B based on the brightness distribution of the back side illuminated image as a print area C; and a medicament area identification step identifying a medicament area X by subtracting the print area C from the medicament candidate area A.
Abstract:
To prevent disalignment of the edges of a folded sheet by smoothly feeding the sheet to a packaging unit while keeping tension fluctuations to a minimum when the sheet is unwound from a paper roll set in a paper feed unit even though the paper roll diameter decreases gradually as the sheet is unwound. A sheet length measuring sensor or rotary encoder is provided in the paper feed path through which the packaging sheet is fed toward the packaging unit. An angle sensor is provided which includes Hall element sensors provided on a support shaft and magnets provided on a core pipe of the paper roll. Any change in the signals from one of these sensors relative to the signal from the other sensor is used to calculate the paper roll winding length, and the sheet tension is adjusted to an optimum, constant level by controlling the sheet braking force stepwise according to the roll diameter measured by the sensors.
Abstract:
Provided is an inspection apparatus, an inspection method and a computer program product which can easily remove an improper target object. An inspection apparatus (1000) includes a base (700) for placing target objects thereon, a photographing part (100) which can photograph the target objects placed on the base (700), an inspection part for performing an inspection for the target objects placed on the base (700) based on an image photographed by the photographing part (100), and a distinguishing process part for performing a process of making a specific target object placed on the base (700) visually distinguishable from other target objects placed on the base (700) based on a result of the inspection performed by the inspection part.
Abstract:
A system for individually packaging medicine is provided with a medicine inspection device that is capable of performing inspection of medicine that is individually packaged using a device for individually packaging medicine or the like. The control device of the medicine inspection device is provided with an inspection database in which images of medicine are stored as master images and is capable of carrying out an inspection task using image matching processing that involves an image acquired by imaging. The control is also capable of performing similarity determination for determining whether a medicine that is similar to a medicine that is packaged in an individual wrapper is present in the inspection database in a state in which the reference scope of the inspection database is restricted.
