摘要: A drawing apparatus to draw a sheet includes a first protrusion group aligned in rows along a drawing direction of the sheet; and a second protrusion group aligned in rows along the drawing direction and that meshes with the first protrusion group. The sheet is bitten in between the first and second protrusion groups. A space in which the sheet is bitten with the first protrusion group and the second protrusion group includes a first region, a second region adjacent to the first region, and a third region adjacent to the second region opposite to the first region. A drawing amount of the sheet in the case that the sheet is bitten with the first protrusion group and the second protrusion group in the second region is greater than the drawing amount in the first region and is smaller than the drawing amount in the third region.

摘要: A dynamic equivalent load P is calculated from data information of a rolling bearing. Next, a reliability coefficient a1 is determined, a lubrication parameter aL corresponding to a used lubricant is calculated, and a contamination degree coefficient ac is determined in consideration of a material coefficient. A fatigue limit load Pu is calculated on the basis of the data information. Thereafter, a load parameter {(P−Pu)/C}·1/ac is calculated. On the basis of the lubrication parameter aL and the load parameter {(P−Pu)/C}·1/ac, a life correction coefficient aNSK is calculated with reference to a life correction coefficient calculation map. The bearing life LA is calculated by LA=a1·aNSK·(C/P)p.

摘要: The present invention provides a rolling bearing in which an oxide layer of an iron/chromium oxide series is formed at a thickness of from 1 to 1000 nm to at least one of raceway surfaces of bearing rings or rolling contact surfaces of rolling elements and a manufacturing method thereof. The oxide layer can inhibit hydrogen formed by decomposition of water incorporated in the lubricants from intruding into the matrix of the bearing members, thereby preventing early peeling for the raceway surfaces of the bearing rings or the rolling contact surfaces of the rolling elements and, thus, greatly improving the rolling life. The oxide layer can be formed simply by merely tempering the bearing member and then applying a re-heating treatment in air at a temperature lower than the tempering temperature.

摘要: An outer ring 2 as a stationary ring is fabricated with a steel material having the composition as shown under. The steel material contains, as alloying elements, C 0.80 to 1.10 wt %, Si 0.20 to 0.50 wt %, Mn 0.2 to 1.0 wt %. It also contains any two kinds or more of Cr, Mo and V at rates of Cr: 1.2 to 3.5 wt %, Mo: 0.5 to 1.5 wt % and V: 0.2 to 1.0 wt %. The containing rates of Cr, Mo and V satisfy the under mentioned formula (1). It further contains Ti and/or Cu at rates of Ti: 0.05 to 0.20 wt % and Cu: 0.2 to 2.0 wt % 1.8≦[Cr]×0.6+[Mo]×0.5+[V]≦3.0  (1). Accordingly, it is possible to remarkably lengthen the life of a rolling bearing such as a bearing for alternator to be used under high vibration and high load.
