摘要: A colored optical fiber whose transmission loss hardly increases even in a high humidity condition or water-immersed condition is provided. The colored optical fiber according to the present invention is a colored optical fiber having a colored coating layer on a circumference of an optical fiber having at least two coating layers on a circumference of a glass optical fiber, characterized in that a difference in each amount of thermal expansion in an outer diameter direction between the optical fiber and a coating layer obtained by removing the glass optical fiber from the optical fiber in a temperature range from −100° C. to 100° C. is 1.8 μm or less.

摘要: A method for forming a bump of a semiconductor device including an adhesive applying step of applying an adhesive to a pad electrode of a semiconductor device, a solder grain attaching step of attaching one or more solder grains to the portion of the pad electrode where the adhesive is applied, and a solder melting step of forming a bump by melting the solder grains. In the solder melting step, a metallic core is put in the bump. Therefore, a semiconductor device where a highly reliable bump is formed is obtained through simple steps.

摘要: A mobile communication network server judges the degree of importance of an information element targeted for synchronization, and transmits a synchronization start notification to a mobile terminal corresponding to the judgment result, and database synchronization is performed between the mobile communication network server and mobile terminal after the synchronization start notification. Alternately, the mobile communication network server determines timing of update of the information element, and transmits a synchronization start notification to the mobile terminal corresponding to the determination, and database synchronization is performed between the mobile communication network server and mobile terminal after the synchronization start notification. Then, the mobile terminal receiving the synchronization start notification performs various kinds of representation corresponding to information about the information element included in the synchronization start notification.
