    摘要: In an optical connector, a sleeve is located between an optical fiber 6 and a light receiving/transmitting module 4 and makes an optical connection therebetween. The sleeve has a light guiding passage which is tapered from the optical fiber toward the light receiving/transmitting module, thereby forming a conical shape with its sloped side wall. The end face having a reduced diameter of the light-guiding passage 26 thus formed is arranged oppositely to the light receiving/transmitting module.

    摘要: In an optical fiber connector 1, optical fibers 2 are inserted respectively into ferrules 3 to form optical fiber plugs 4, and distal end portions of the optical fiber plugs 4 are inserted into a connector housing 6, and a holder 7 is fitted on the connector housing from rear end portions of the optical fiber plugs. The optical fiber connector 1 is fitted into a light receiving-emitting device 8, so that distal end surfaces of the optical fiber plugs are kept spaced a predetermined distance respectively from light receiving-emitting elements received within the light receiving-emitting device. The holder includes insertion holes 41 for respectively passing the optical fibers therethrough in a direction of insertion of the optical fiber plugs, and introduction notches 45 communicating respectively with the insertion holes in a direction intersecting the inserting direction. A ferrule-pressing member 5 is mounted on the optical fiber plugs so as to spring-bias the optical fiber plugs, fitted respectively into the insertion holes through the respective introduction notches after the distal end surfaces of the optical fibers are polished, toward the connector housing.

    摘要: A charge pump circuit able to enhance the rising and falling characteristics of a current output, drive the current output with a short pulse, reduce leakage current at the OFF time when a current is not output, and realize a reduction of a power consumption and a PLL circuit using same. By outputting a charge current or a discharge current in accordance with an up signal or a down signal and turning on a third transistor (PC, NC) at the OFF time when the current is not output, an inverse bias voltage is supplied between a gate and a source of the second transistor (PA, NA), whereby a reduction of the leakage current can be realized. When the second or third transistor is switched in accordance with the up signal or the down signal, the timing of the control signal is appropriately controlled, simultaneous turning on of the second and third transistors can be avoided, release or injection of charges from and to the output terminal of the charge pump circuit can be prevented, and the stability of an oscillation frequency of a VCO can be improved.
