The porous structure includes a metal core and a layer of insulator material coated on an outer surface of the metal core, and is disposed between the at least two electrodes.

In the touch panel, touch sensitivity is improved by minimizing influence of a polarization phenomenon on changes in capacitance on the peripheral edge of the active region in which a detection region is reduced.

The method for manufacturing a molybdenum sputtering target for a back electrode of a CIGS solar cell comprises the steps of: charging molybdenum powder in a mold of graphite material, mounting the mold in a chamber of an electric discharge sintering apparatus, making a vacuum in the chamber, forming the molybdenum powder to the final target temperature while maintaining constant pressure on the molybdenum powder, heating the molybdenum powder in a predetermined heating pattern when reaching the final target temperature, maintaining the final target temperature for 1 to 10 minutes, and cooling the inside of the chamber while maintaining a constant pressure.

The preferred embodiments of the present invention can implement uniform conductivity for all the electrode layers by preventing irregular conductivity between the mesh skeletons by forming a non-conductive mesh skeleton using the electrospinning method and then, forming the electrode layers using the electroless plating.
