    摘要: An automatic speed control system for a vehicle includes a throttle control for controlling a throttle valve opening based on a deviation between a target speed and an actual speed of the vehicle so as to accomplish the target speed. A down-shift device for making a down-shift operation in an automatic transmission, a steady judging device for judging a steady condition of the actual speed after the down-shift operation, and an up-shift device for making an up-shift operation in the automatic transmission, when a reduction of the throttle valve opening more than a predetermined value is detected, after the actual speed is judged to be in the steady condition, are provided. A proper speed control can be provided when the vehicle runs uphill, regardless of the length and/or gradient of the uphill path.

The hot-dip Zn—Al alloy coated steel sheet includes a hot-dip Zn—Al alloy coating layer containing 1.0 to 10 percent by mass of Al, 0.2 to 1.0 percent by mass of Mg, 0.005 to 0.1 percent by mass of Ni, and the balance being Zn and incidental impurities on at least one surface of a steel sheet. The manufacturing method includes the steps of dipping the steel sheet into a hot-dip Zn—Al alloy coating bath and pulling up and cooling the steel sheet, wherein the steel sheet pulled up from the coating bath is cooled to 250° C. at a cooling rate of 1° C. to 15° C./sec.

    摘要: There is provided a galvanized steel sheet that has various properties such as corrosion resistance and adhesion and allows for high conductivity at a low contact pressure. A first layer film is formed by applying a surface treatment solution having a pH of 8 to 10 onto the surface of the galvanized steel sheet and drying the surface treatment solution by heating, the surface treatment solution containing a water-soluble zirconium compound, a tetraalkoxysilane, an epoxy group-containing compound, a chelating agent, a silane coupling agent, vanadic acid, and a metal compound in a specific ratio. Subsequently, a second layer film is formed by applying a surface treatment solution containing an organic resin onto the surface of the first layer film and drying the surface treatment solution by heating.

    摘要: An aqueous surface-treatment liquid is a treatment liquid containing a water-soluble zirconium compound, water-dispersive particulate silica, a silane coupling agent, a vanadic acid compound, a phosphoric acid compound, a nickel compound, and an acrylic resin emulsion in particular proportions. A surface-treated galvanized steel sheet produced using the treatment liquid is a galvanized steel sheet having a surface-treatment coating on a surface thereof, and the coating contains a zirconium compound, particulate silica, a silane-coupling-agent-derived component, a vanadic acid compound, a phosphoric acid compound, a nickel compound, and an acrylic resin in particular proportions. The amount of coating on a zirconium basis is 10 to 200 mg/m2. This surface-treated galvanized steel sheet is chromate-free and has superior flat-portion corrosion resistance, blackening resistance, and appearance and corrosion resistance after press forming.
