    Abstract: Provided is an inverter device that can reduce high-frequency noise. The inverter device includes a transformer for converting the voltage of the AC power output from an inverter circuit and outputting the resulting power. Each of first to third coil sections for converting the voltage of the AC power output from the inverter circuit and outputting the resulting power includes an inner coil respectively wound around first to third core sections and an outer coil. The first to third core sections are each column shaped having an axis in the Y direction, and are arranged in the Z direction. Non-magnetic pressing members are provided between the adjacent coil sections and between the adjacent coil sections. The pressing members press against the adjacent coil sections and the adjacent coil sections respectively.

    Abstract: Provided is an inverter device that can reduce high-frequency noise.     Abstract: A rotor core includes a laminated steel body including a plurality of magnetic core plates stacked one above another. The core plates extend in a direction perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to a vertical center axis. The rotor core includes a plurality of magnetic pole portions arranged along a circumferential direction. At least some of the core plates include claws protruding from the magnetic pole portions in the circumferential direction and outer connection portions arranged radially outward of the claws to interconnect the magnetic pole portions adjoining to each other. The claws restrain the magnets from being displaced radially outward by centrifugal forces. In addition, the outer connection portions restrain the rotor core from being deformed by centrifugal forces. The outer connection portions restrain the claws from being displaced by centrifugal forces so as to further restrain displacement of the magnets.

    Abstract: A user interface suited for use on mobile devices for entering characters which may require one or more modifiers is disclosed. The interface may be implemented utilizing a touch screen interface on which a user engages the interface, is provided feedback, and removes the user's touch to enter a character.     Abstract: A station-building power supply device is provided in each station building and supplies low-voltage AC power to station building facilities of each station building. There are two mode therein: a regenerative mode in which, when regenerative power regenerated by a train to an overhead wire becomes surplus, the surplus regenerative power supplied from the overhead wire and power supplied from a high-voltage distribution line are used together to supply low-voltage AC power corresponding to an amount of normal power consumption of the station building; and a standby power supply mode in which, when a power outage of the high-voltage distribution line occurs, power supplied from the overhead wire is used to supply low-voltage AC power corresponding to an amount of emergency power of the station building.
