    摘要: An auxiliary power supply device for a multiple-unit train is provided. A normally-open main contact of a three-phase isolation contactor is connected in series between a three-phase four-wire bus of a first unit and a three-phase four-wire bus of a second unit, and a coil of the three-phase isolation contactor is connected in series in a power supply circuit of the first unit and a power supply circuit of the second unit; a control circuit of the first unit controls the power supply circuit of the first unit to be energized when the three-phase four-wire bus of the first unit supplies power, to close the normally-open main contact; and the control circuit of the second unit controls the power supply circuit of the second unit to be energized when the three-phase four-wire bus of the second unit supplies power to close the normally-open main contact.

    摘要: A method of operating an electrical feeder permits the electrical feeder voltage to be maintained at the minimum voltage within a voltage range based upon dynamic grouping together of electrical generators on the electrical feeder with demand response loads on the electrical feeder. A method of assessing the proper operation of a voltage control device on the electrical feeder involves detecting a number of properties of the electrical power in the electrical feeder both prior to and subsequent to a change in an operational parameter of a voltage control device. An expected effect upon the electrical feeder of one or more distributed generators is filtered from this in order to determine a net effect of the voltage control device itself on the electrical feeder. Based upon the detected net effect and a predicted baseline effect for the voltage control device, it can be determined whether the voltage control device is functioning properly.

    摘要: Data comprising a request specifying a desired change in electrical load for a defined period of time is received. The electrical load is associated with a plurality of resources under control of resource agents and on a utility grid. Available capacity of resources within the control of each resource agent over the defined period of time is determined. Each available capacity is determined at least using a resource load model. Using the determined available capacity of resources over the defined period of time, resource scheduling instructions are calculated for a subset of resources. The resource scheduling instructions satisfy the desired change in electrical load of the request. Data characterizing the resource scheduling instructions is provided. Related systems, apparatus, methods, and articles are also described.
