摘要: In a serial two-stage extruder, the first-stage extruder has a screw including a feed screw section having a length within a range of 5 to 9 the major diameter thereof, a mixing screw section having a hexagonal cross section and a pitch of 1 to 3 times the major diameter thereof, and a metering screw section having a screw groove of an appropriate depth. The second-stage extruder includes an extruding screw and a barrel. The extruding screw has a screw groove of an appropriate depth and a dulmage formed at the tip end of the screw. The dulmage has a plurality of fins cooperating with fins of the barrel. Alteratively, in the second-stage extruder, the dulmage may have a plurality of axially spaced stages of fins. Configurations of the fins in each respective stage are identical but various characteristics of the fins vary from stage to stage. In this case, the barrel does not have fins.

摘要: An image processor includes a hue region judging section judging which one of a plurality of hue regions corresponds to a hue and a converting section obtaining a correction value by using the hue to correct the hue based on the correction value. The converting section obtains a first difference value by using a difference between the hue and a first reference value, obtains a second difference value by using a difference between a second reference value and the first difference value, and obtains the correction value by using the second difference value. The hue is corrected based on the correction value.

摘要: The present invention is a method for decomposing a polymer material by chemically decomposing a polymer material containing a first monomer and a second monomer in a mixture of the polymer material with the first monomer or a derivative of the first monomer to produce a chemical raw material. A relationship between a proportion of number of molecules of the second monomer to number of molecules of the first monomer in a reaction system for decomposing the polymer material and the molecular weight of the chemical raw material produced in the reaction system is acquired in advance (S101). Subsequently, an addition mount of the derivative of the first monomer to be added to the polymer material is determined based on the above relationship (S102). The first monomer in the addition amount determined is then mixed with the polymer material (S103).

摘要: Firstly, the following check chip is set up into a heater: A check chip onto which a sample has been picked up by wiping out the surface of a check target, or a check chip formed by absorbing and collecting the sample into a filter. Here, the filter has been set up in a vibration-type or heating-type portable-type absorption probe in an attachment/detachment-capable manner. Secondly, a sample gas generated from the heated check chip is analyzed using a tandem-type mass spectrometer. This makes it possible to simplify the sample pick-up from various types of check targets, and to shorten the pick-up time and the checking time.
