    摘要: A multilayer chip capacitor includes a capacitor body, a plurality of internal electrodes, and a plurality of external electrodes. The capacitor body is formed of a ceramic sintered product and has first and second side surfaces facing each other. The plurality of internal electrodes each of which has two leads extending to the first and second side surfaces of the capacitor body, respectively, are arranged such that the internal electrodes with one polarity and the internal electrodes with the other polarity are alternately stacked inside the capacitor body. The plurality of external electrodes are formed on the first and second side surfaces of the capacitor body along a stacked direction of the internal electrodes such that the external electrodes with one polarity and the external electrodes with the other polarity are alternately arranged on each of the first and second side surfaces, and are connected to the leads.

There is provided a multilayer ceramic capacitor, including: a ceramic body having a plurality of dielectric layers stacked therein and including a first side and a second side opposite to each other and a third side and a fourth side connected to the first side and the second side; and inner electrode layers formed on the dielectric layers, including electrode drawing parts exposed to the first side or the second side and an electrode main part, and having a length between the electrode main part and the third side of 100 μm or less and a ratio of a length between the electrode drawing part and the third side to the length between the electrode main part and the third side of between 1.2:1 and 1.7:1. The multilayer ceramic capacitor may have improved reliability by suppressing cracks occurring in the ceramic laminate due to thermal impact during a sintering or mounting process.

The multilayer ceramic capacitor includes a capacitive part, a passivation layer, and first and second outer electrodes. In the capacitive part, a plurality of dielectric layers and a plurality of first and second inner electrodes are alternately laminated, and ends of the first and second inner electrodes are alternately and respectively exposed in a direction of lamination of the dielectric layers. The passivation layer is provided at either or both of the top and bottom surfaces of the capacitive part. The first and second outer electrodes are electrically connected to the first and second inner electrodes exposed in a direction of lamination of the dielectric layers.
