摘要: To register current codec types of a mobile station with a network side, the mobile station 11 notifies, when it conducts the location registration or a mobile user replaces his or her old mobile station, a visitor location switching system 5, which is associated with the current location of the mobile station, of the codec types supported by the mobile station 11 using a mobile communication control signal between the mobile station and the mobile network. Receiving the notification, the visitor location switching system 5 enters the update of the codec types into a location register 41 in a memory home station that controls the mobile network 2. The codec types can be thus registered into the mobile network 2 using the mobile communication control signal. Since the mobile network 2 can always acquire the latest codec types for the mobile station, the discrepancy is canceled between the codecs the mobile station supports and the codecs the network registers.

摘要: An insulated gate semiconductor device, which improves high frequency characteristics by reducing the resistance of a path from a gate bonding portion to each gate and eliminating an unbalance in resistances of respective gates, and which obtain a higher output by eliminating a limitation in current capacity due to the thickness of a first metal layer. In this insulated gate semiconductor device, a first aluminum layer is connected in parallel onto a gate electrode made of polycrystalline silicon. The adjacent gates, each having such a double layer structure, extend outside channel regions and are connected to each other. A lead-out electrode of a second aluminum layer is connected to the center of the connection portion of the adjacent gates through an opening portion. A gate bonding portion is provided at the center of the lead-out electrode. Each of source and drain electrodes is also of a double layer structure having the first aluminum layer and the second aluminum layer.

摘要: A switching center 30 comprises a memory part M2, a memory part M3, and a memory part M4. The memory part M2 stores a terminating terminal number corresponding to and registered by each subscriber. The memory part M3 stores idle/busy information corresponding to each terminal. The memory part M4 stores idle/busy information corresponding to each subscriber. When a subscriber 11.sub.1 makes a call at a terminal 12.sub.2, the switching center 30 determines whether the idle/busy information for the subscriber 11.sub.1 stored in the memory part M4 is idle or busy. When the idle/memory information represents idle, the switching center 30 refers to the idle/busy information for the terminal 12.sub.2 stored in the memory part M3. When this idle/busy information represents idle, the switching center 30 reads out the terminal number of a terminating terminal of a terminating subscriber stored in the terminating terminal memory part M2 and performs an outgoing call connection process. At this point, the switching center 30 also sets the idle/busy information for the subscriber 11.sub.1 and the terminal 12.sub.2 to busy state. When the subscriber 11.sub.1 makes a call, while the terminating terminal 12.sub.1 is performing an incoming call connection process for the subscriber 11.sub.1, since the idle/busy information for the subscriber 11.sub.1 has been set to the busy state, even if the terminal 12.sub.2 is idle, the switching center 30 does not perform an outgoing call connection process for the subscriber 11.sub.1 at the terminal 12.sub.2.
