摘要: A plurality of spaced blood serum samples are disposed on a serum-bearing film having a leading and trailing edge. The blood serum samples are disposed in an array and each blood serum sample has a leading and a trailing edge. A position-indicating mark is disposed forward of the leading edge of the sample closest to the leading edge of the film by a distance representative of the spacing between adjacent ones of the samples.

摘要: An apparatus for automatic application of blood serum comprises an applicator, a rinsing unit and a drip both associated with the applicator, means for conveying a blood serum bearing film while maintaining it in opposing relationship with the applicator, and means for supplying a buffer solution for wetting the film with a buffer solution prior to the application of a blood serum thereto. Blood serum is automaticaly applied to the film which is previously wetted with the buffer solution in an automatic manner.

摘要: An apparatus for automatic quantitative analysis of specimens of a blood serum by a cataphoretic process comprises a supply of a clearing liquid which is supplied to a film on which a plurality of specimens are disposed at a constant pitch, light source means for projecting light onto the film which has been made clear by the application of the clearing liquid thereto, measuring means including a photoelectric transducer element which receives and determines the light which has transmitted through the film, feed means for intermittently feeding the film so as to locate it at a measuring port which is positioned between the light source means and the photoelectric transducer element, and scan drive means for displacing the light source means and the photoelectric transducer means crosswise of the film to scan a particular one of the specimens which is positioned at the measuring port each time the film comes to a stop. In this manner, the film carrying the specimens is made clear by the clearing liquid, and a quantitative analysis is made by scanning the individual specimens by the photoelectric transducer element in the course of the intermittent feed of the film, all in an automatic manner.

摘要: Provided as an aluminum alloy for finely hollow shapes is an aluminum alloy that is reduced in the content of Cu, which is problematic with respect to intergranular corrosion resistance, and that can be kept having a noble self-potential and has excellent extrudability. The alloy has a chemical composition which contains 0.05-0.15 mass % Fe, up to 0.10 mass % Si, 0.03-0.07 mass % Cu, 0.30-0.55 mass % Mn, 0.03-0.06 mass % Cr, and 0.08-0.12 mass % Ti and which optionally further contains up to 0.08 mass % V so as to satisfy the relationship Ti+V=0.08 to 0.2 mass %. Also provided is a process for producing a finely hollow aluminum alloy shape.

摘要: A determination target region includes a combination of a red gray image, a green gray image, and a blue gray image. A CPU part transforms a three gray value matrixes to a single first data array uniquely associated with a pixel position in the determination target region. The CPU part calculates a normalized correlation value with a single second data array transformed from a model image according to the same predetermined rule, and determines whether or not a match is found with the model image according to whether or not the normalized correlation value exceeds a predetermined threshold value.

摘要: A medical stapler is provided with a stapler body 1 having a head portion 3 at one end thereof, which drives out medical staples S, and a manipulating lever that can be opened and closed by being turned in a state in which a part provided at the side of the head portion 3 is housed in an accommodating portion 8 of the stapler body 1. A grip portion 11 opposed to the head portion 3 of the manipulating lever 2 is usually urged in an opening direction in which the grip portion 11 protrudes from the accommodating portion 8. When a staple S is driven out, the manipulating lever 2 is turned in a closing direction in which the manipulating lever 2 is housed in the accommodating portion 8. Thus, the staple S is driven out of the head portion 3. Then, the staple S is put into skin “a” while both sides of a wound are brought toward each other. Thus, the wound is sutured while both tip end parts of the staple are inwardly bent. Upon completion of suturing the wound, the manipulating lever 2 is latched in the stapler body 1 in a state in which the staple S is bent.
