摘要: Described herein is a flux cored wire for use in stainless steel welding, the wire having a flux filled In a stainless steel sheath, the flux containing, on the basis of the total weight of the wire, 4.7-8.5% of TiO.sub.2, 0.5-3.5% of Al.sub.2 O.sub.3 and 0.6-3.0% of SiO.sub.2 and/or ZrO.sub.2 in proportions satisfying the following formulaTiO.sub.2 >Al.sub.2 O.sub.3 +SiO.sub.2 +ZrO.sub.2and further 0.02-0.25% of metal fluoride (in terms of F conversion value) and 0.1-1.0% of Ti. 摘要: A flux-cored wire for welding stainless steel, with the flux filled in the metal skin, which contains 5-30% (by weight) of flux, 10.5-27.0% of Cr, less than 2% of slag-forming constituents, 0.05-2.0% of Ti, 0.05-2.0% of Si, 0.01-0.1% of N, 0.01-1.0% of Al, 0.1-1.0% of Mn, and 0.003-0.5% of metal fluorides constituting the flux, in the total weight of the wire. The wire may optionally contain Ni, alkali metals, S, Nb, Zr, and V. The wire gives rise to only a small amount of slag.

摘要: A wheel braking controller of a vehicle includes a brake lever operated by a rider, a master cylinder generating a hydraulic pressure according to an operation force of the brake lever, and a brake caliper braking a front wheel based on operation of the brake lever, a channel switching unit provided between the master cylinder and the brake caliper and switching channels of a brake fluid. A hydraulic pressure generator generates a hydraulic pressure based on operation of the brake lever and the driving state of the vehicle and controlling braking of the front wheel using the brake caliper by the hydraulic pressure. A braking controller including the channel switching unit and the hydraulic pressure generator is integrally provided on one body. The wheel braking controller so configured reduces the number of parts, and provides for easy mounting of the controller on the vehicle body.

摘要: A motorcycle brake system enables a smooth switching to a hydraulic loss simulator to provide an improved feeling of braking operation. A brake operating unit includes a brake caliper, an electromagnetic on-off valve (V1) which blocks a main brake passage, a pressure sensor, a hydraulic modulator, and a hydraulic loss simulator. The brake system allocates a braking force to front and rear wheels by controlling the hydraulic modulator based on a result of detection by the pressure sensor. The brake operating unit has a brake light switch for detecting the starting of operation thereof, actuates an electromagnetic on-off valve (V1) to block the main brake passage based on a result of detection by the brake light switch, and unblocks the main brake passage when a predetermined amount of time elapses without any input made to the pressure sensor in a standby state with the main brake passage blocked.

摘要: A spark ignition internal combustion engine includes a sub-combustion chamber in which gas mixture with an air-fuel ratio adapted for an operating state of the engine over a wide operating range of the engine is supplied to a combustion chamber. The amount of hydrogen carbide discharged is less and a high efficiency can be attained. The sub-combustion chamber of the internal combustion engine communicates with the main combustion chamber. Gas mixture injecting apparatus intermittently injects gas mixture into the sub-combustion chamber. Ignition devices are arranged in the sub-combustion chamber. The engine is constructed such that the sub-combustion chamber is eccentric in a sideward direction from an extending line of injecting direction of the gas mixture injecting apparatus and communicated with the main combustion chamber. The gas mixture injecting apparatus includes a pressure accumulating chamber adjacent to the sub-combustion chamber and to which pressure air is filled, the opening or closing valve to cause the pressure accumulating chamber to be communicated with the sub-combustion chamber in such a way that they may be opened or closed, and the fuel injecting valve for injecting fuel to the pressure accumulating chamber.

摘要: A pad clip for use in a disc brake in which a concave and convex fitting structure is formed in a braking support portion between each of friction pads disposed opposite to a rotor, and a support member for bearing braking force from the friction pads. The pad clip is installed between projections of the friction pads and anchor concave grooved portions of a support member in the concave and convex fitting portions to thereby support the friction pads respectively. In the pad clip, plate spring portions for urging the friction pads in the radially outward direction of the rotor are formed in one of opposite portions in the radial direction of the rotor, which are the portions following U-shaped portions in the concave and convex fitting portions. Guide projecting portions sidewise spread out are formed at side edges of the plate spring portions, and the lower edge portions of the projections are engaged with the guide projecting portions respectively so that the plate spring portions can be pushed and spread.

摘要: A caliper support mechanism for supporting a disc brake caliper is slidably supported by a slide pin. The end face 21 of the stepped portion 11 of the lug 5C of the caliper 5 is arcuately incurved in cross section such that the center of a circle defined by the arcuately incurved end face 21 is coincident with the center of the bolt hole 10 of the lug 5C, and the arcuately incurved end face 21 is directed obliquely and outwardly with respect to the horizontal line H in the lug 5C of the caliper 5. The structure reduces the squeeze of the slide pins by the support bracket as well as the drag and squeak of the brake.

摘要: A method of and apparatus for continuously dredging sludge deposited on an underwater bed, at a high density of the sludge, according to which digging and scooping devices are placed in an airtight hood opened at its bottom, which is applied on the intended underwater bed and into which air is then introduced to obtain a condition in which water is removed out of the hood, and the digging and scooping devices are then put into operation, whereby dredging is effected at a high efficiency in that the content of water in sludge being dredged is suppressed to a minimum, the sludge being transferred under pressure in a state of containing substantially no additional water than it naturally contains.
