    摘要: An automatic document feeder for conveying a document on a platen glass. Back-up rollers for pressing a conveyer belt against the platen glass are loosely supported by a body frame. The shafts of a driving roller and a driven roller for rotating the conveyer belt, and the supporting member of the back-up rollers each have an end which is detachable from the body frame. The body frame has a first frame pivoted on a copying machine and a second frame for holding the conveyer belt and its motor. The second frame is connected with the first frame such that the second frame is movable from and to the platen glass with a specified range, and further the second frame is urged in a direction separating from the platen glass. The second frame is also movable in a direction perpendicular to a direction in which the pivot of the first frame extends.

    摘要: An automatic document feeder for conveying a document on a platen glass. Back-up rollers for pressing a conveyer belt against the platen glass are loosely supported by a body frame.     摘要: A copying machine having a two-in-one copying mode has a pickup roller 65, a separating roller 75, a register roller 90, a conveyor belt 95 and a pinch roller 101. The pickup roller 65 and the separating roller 75 feed a document toward a glass platen 29 one by one to stop the document at a first-out position. The register roller 90 conveys the document fed by the pickup roller 65 and the separating roller 75 onto the glass platen. The conveyor belt 95 conveys the document conveyed by the register roller 90 along the glass platen 29 until a rear end of the document reaches a predetermined switch-back position, then conveys the document in the opposite direction to retreat a predetermined distance, and then conveys the document as well as a succeeding document stopped at the first-out position such that a front end of the document situated on a downstream side of the document conveying direction may be aligned with an exposure reference SP, and then discharges the documents to the downstream side of the document conveying direction after exposure. The pinch roller 101 conveys the documents discharged by the conveyor belt 95 from the glass platen 29 to a discharge section 115.

    摘要: A copying machine having a two-in-one copying mode comprises a document feeder means 65, 75 and three conveying means 90, 95, 101. The feeder means 65, 75 feeds a document toward a glass platen 29 one by one to stop the document at a first-out position. The first conveying means 90 conveys the document fed by the feeder means 65, 75 onto the glass platen. The second conveying means 95 conveys the document conveyed by the first conveying means 90 along the glass platen 29 until the rear end of the document reaches at a predetermined switch-back position, then conveys the document to the opposite direction to retreat a predetermined distance, and then conveys the document as well as a succeeding document stopped at the first-out position such that the front end of the document situated on a downstream side of the document conveying direction may be aligned with a exposure reference SP, and then discharging the documents to the downstream side of the document conveying direction after exposure. The third conveying means 101 for conveying the documents discharged by the second conveying means 95 from the glass platen 29 to a discharge section 115.

    摘要: A plane waveguide type laser includes: a plate-shaped laser medium; a semiconductor laser which causes excitation light to enter an end surface of the laser medium; first and second claddings which are bonded to lower and upper surfaces of the laser medium, respectively, to form a waveguide in a vertical direction; a comb heat sink bonded to a lower surface of the first cladding; and a thermal lens producing portion bonded to an upper surface of the second cladding. In this structure, laser oscillation in the vertical direction is performed in a waveguide mode of the laser medium, and the thermal lens producing portion forms a periodic lens effect in the laser medium to perform laser oscillation in a lateral direction in a plurality of resonant modes.
