摘要: The present invention consists of a concealment device for vehicle roofs with a transparent element comprising a group of technical solutions in the blocking means which enable unblocking and smooth opening and closing movements without losing efficiency in respect of retention. It is characterized by the use in the rail of an elastomeric body with a distortion capacity such that when the braking brake shoe attempts to advance a front of elastomeric material forms in front and a traction zone forms behind, checking the advance. The device also incorporates blocking means which make use of an appropriately configured lever which multiplies the release force of the retention brake shoes applied by means of a wire or similar, by power obtained from the handle device.

摘要: A safety mirror support comprises a housing which presents the edges of the mirror area with an abutment to prevent the contact of the occupant's head to the mirror. In case contact occurs, elastic elements are placed behind the mirror for absorbing the energy of the impact and then releasing that energy once the impact force has disappeared. The elastic elements could include a spring made from metal of from plastic material. There is also a back plate placed between the elastic elements and the mirror, for reinforcing the mirror and for spreading the impact forces across the surface of the mirror.

In case contact occurs, behind the mirror are placed some elastic means for absorbing the energy of the impact and which allows its further recovering once the impact force has disappeared. The elastic means could be a spring made from metal o from plastic material. There is also a back plate placed between the elastic means and the mirror, for reinforcing the mirror and spreading the impact forces all over the surface of the mirror.

摘要: This roof module is designed for installation on a vehicle body in which an opening of approximately the same dimensions as the roof has been made and it is composed of the original roof panel (1), with its end finish, a complete conventional interior trim (2), usually of larger dimensions than the afore-mentioned panel, as well as pre-installed interior accessories (3) and (3′). At its front and rear edges the roof panel (1) is provided with dished recesses (10) which engage underneath the front (4) and rear (5) body cross members, covering it at least, the cross members (4) and (5) being closed at the top with a panel (7) that covers them and provides the form and finish matching the exterior of the vehicle. The roof panel (1) has perimeter steps (11) and (13) that each match up positionally with respective peripheral shoulders (9) provided both on the front (4) and rear (5) cross members, as well as on the side rails (6) of the body, forming between them a contact surface through which the roof module is joined to the body by adhesive.

摘要: The present invention relates to an energy absorbing element intended to absorb the impact energy on vehicle doors constituted by a structure in hollow prismatic cells delimited by two bases parallel to their longitudinal axes, manufactured by extrusion, which results in a continuous piece from which by means of cutting the energy absorption element is obtained with a projection adapted to the form of the area to be protected. The disposition of the hollow prismatic cells is transversal to the direction of the force of the impact resulting in an energy absorption behaviour very close to optimal. The use of foams is also envisaged which allow the response curve of the absorbing element to be adapted without requiring the use of different extrusion dies.
