摘要: A resin sheet for molding includes a substrate layer that contains polycarbonate resin (a1), a high-hardness resin layer that contains high-hardness resin and that is provided on at least one surface of the substrate layer, a hard coat layer or a hard coat antiglare layer that is provided on at least one surface of the high-hardness resin layer, and a wet antireflection layer that is laminated on a surface of the hard coat layer or the hard coat antiglare layer on the side opposite from the high-hardness resin layer, wherein the glass transition temperatures of the polycarbonate resin (a1) and the high-hardness resin satisfy the following relationship: −10° C.≤(glass transition temperature of high-hardness resin)−(glass transition temperature of polycarbonate resin (a1))≤40° C.

摘要: Provided is an aromatic polycarbonate resin sheet/film which has excellent bending characteristics and surface smoothness. It is found that a sheet having excellent surface smoothness, which cannot be achieved by conventional sheets, can be obtained by adjusting sheet extrusion conditions for a polycarbonate resin sheet/film into which a reinforcing filler is blended. It is also found that a thermally shaped article having excellent appearance can be obtained by using this sheet in pressure molding or in thermal press molding.

摘要: The present invention realizes a card-use resin composition that exhibits beautiful colors and that has high laser-marking coloring properties, a card-use resin sheet formed with the card-use resin composition, and a card. The above problem has been solved by a card-use resin composition containing a laser coloring agent and a thermoplastic resin, wherein the thermoplastic resin contains a polycarbonate resin, and the laser coloring agent contains at least one type of black pigment, the primary particle diameter of the black pigment being 40 to 80 nm, and the amount of the black pigment with respect to the entire mass of the card-use resin composition being 20 to 40 mass ppm.

摘要: A protective film-attached functional sheet includes a protective film bonded to a functional sheet including aromatic polycarbonate sheets and a functional layer sandwiched between the aromatic polycarbonate sheets, the functional layer being a polyvinyl alcohol polarizing film layer, a photochromic layer, or a combination. The protective film is a polyolefin resin film that includes at least two layers: a base layer formed of a polypropylene having a melting point equal to or higher than a glass transition temperature of the aromatic polycarbonate and an adhesive layer on one surface of the base layer and being a resin composition containing a polyolefin rubber and a polyolefin having a melting point lower than the glass transition temperature but equal to or higher than 15° C. lower than the glass transition temperature; or at least three layers: the aforementioned two layers and an intermediate layer between the base layer and the adhesive layer.

摘要: The present invention aims to provide a multi-layer sheet and a multi-layer film, each ensuring not only high transparency but also scratch resistance and being easy to print and thermoform.The above aim was achieved by a multi-layer sheet and a multi-layer film, each being a laminate which comprises a polycarbonate-based resin layer as a substrate and has a thermoplastic acrylic resin layer containing silicon dioxide particles as an outermost layer on one or both surfaces of the substrate, wherein the silicon dioxide particles have an average particle size of 0.1 to 2 μm, and wherein the content of the silicon dioxide particles is 0.1% to 1% by weight, relative to the total weight of the thermoplastic acrylic resin layer.

摘要: A package of a heat-bent polarizing sheet for producing an injection-molded polarizing lens, in which a laminated polarizing sheet prepared by bonding a transparent plastic sheet onto each of two sides of a polarizing film formed of a uniaxially stretched polyvinyl alcohol resin film with an adhesive layer interposed therebetween is used as an individual laminated polarizing sheet that has an original plate shape for individual lenses, the individual laminated polarizing sheet is heat-bent to form a spherical aspherical surface under heating to prepare a heat-bent polarizing sheet, the heat-bent polarizing sheet is set onto a mold, and a transparent resin for lenses is injection-molded onto a concave surface of the heat-bent polarizing sheet. The heat-bent polarizing sheet is a heat-bent polarizing sheet that is stored or transported in a dampproof package and can be used in injection molding without performing preliminary drying as a pretreatment of injection molding.

摘要: The present invention provides a synthetic resin laminate, which is excellent in terms of shape stability in a high-temperature or high-humidity environment, surface hardness, heat resistance, coating adhesion and the like. The synthetic resin laminate is formed by laminating a resin layer (A) including 5% to 55% by mass of a (meth)acrylate copolymer (C) and 95% to 45% by mass of a polycarbonate (D) on one surface or both surfaces of a base material layer (B) comprising polycarbonate, wherein the synthetic resin laminate is characterized: in that the (meth)acrylate copolymer (C) includes an aromatic (meth)acrylate unit (c1) and a methyl methacrylate unit (c2) at a mass ratio (c1/c2) of 5 to 80/20 to 95; in that the mass average molecular weight of the (meth)acrylate copolymer (C) is 5,000 to 30,000; and in that the viscosity average molecular weight of the polycarbonate (D) is 21,000 to 40,000.
