    摘要： A cladding (22) for a wall (12) includes a barrier layer (24) that can be deformed by the action of a polymer actuator (14). According to the invention, a contact surface (A) of the cladding lies completely against the wall, at least in the non-deformed state, stabilising the intrinsically elastic wall cladding. For example, the wall cladding can be fixed to the wall (12) in the form of lamellae (22), at respective points, in such a way that the activation of the polymer actuator (14) causes the lamellae (22) to bend, thus permitting, for example, a layer (25) of ice to be detached from the cladding. Alternatively, the cladding can also be configured from a membrane actuator, which is fixed at points, or by its entire surface to the wall (12).

The pre-loading potential of the read amplifier at its outputs LA, LA is about 2.5 volts. During the pre-loading phase, the two supply voltages (V.sub.DD, V.sub.22 =ground) are disconnected and the pre-loading potential is established by compensation of capacitances at the outputs LA, LA which results in an improved read amplifier.

The spacing D in an axial direction of the electrodes is larger than the spacing d.sub.1 of the electrodes at the inner edge of a washer-like insulator in the insulating region. The electrodes are respectively connected to one of the flat sides of the insulator, and the spacing d.sub.1 is at least as large as the spacing d.sub.2 of the electrodes in a shielding region that is formed between the insulating region and the discharge region. A shield that shields the insulator from the discharge region is provided.

The directional louvers are guided in a first setting of the crank carriage into a parallel directed airstream setting with the ability to swivel parallel to each other. During a horizontal movement of the crank carriage, the louvers are correspondingly guided into the respective diffused-flow setting by their respective crank guideways.
