An outer elongated flow channel is configured to have tubular casings disposed therearound. An inner elongated flow channel is disposed within the outer elongated flow channel. A second inlet, connected to the inner elongated flow channel, is configured to introduce dry ingredients into the conduit between the outer and inner elongated flow channels.
