According to some embodiments, demineralizing the protein liquor may include diafiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, reverse osmosis filtration, electrodialysis, and/or passing the protein liquor through an ion exchange resin (e.g., an anion exchange resin. a trialkyl ammonium salt having three methyl groups). In some embodiments, a method may further include concentrating a demineralized protein liquor to generate at least one of a milk base and an electrolyte drink.

摘要: A method for controlling the food processor is disclosed. When the food processor is powered on, it is determined. whether the food processor generates an initiation instruction for detecting a boiling point based on external actions during a preset time period. If so, a pre-stored process is started for detecting the boiling point, to obtain a current boiling point of water inside the food processor at a current location; and the food processor is controlled to heat water inside the food processor accordingly. If not, the food processor is controlled to heat water inside the food processor based on a pre-stored boiling point in the food processor. With detecting the current boiling point after the specific initiation instruction for detecting the boiling point is detected, the food processor can avoid misjudging the boiling point to avoid the overflow of the mixture of water and food in the food processor.

摘要: Visually distinct, flaked Ready-to-Eat (“R-T-E”) cereal products with varied texture and thickness are produced by forming a cereal dough and forcing the same through an extrusion die assembly including various spaced openings which establish a plurality of dough streams which are merged prior to reaching a die outlet. Directly at the die outlet, a resulting dough extrudate is sliced by a cutter unit to form dough discs which are then dried and cooled, during which the discs curl and form cereal flakes having varying textures defined, at least in part, by distinct sets of surface bumps. The number and configuration of the bumps can be altered by changing the number, shape and/or position of the various spaced openings of the die assembly, while the thicknesses of the resulting cereal flakes can be varied by just altering an operational speed of the cutter unit.
