Novel steps of the methods include: providing an award based at least in part on the number of continuous lines used by a player in the drawing of clues; erasing a player's drawing after a predetermined time in sequence to how the drawing was sketched; providing an initial image to a player who sketches clues incorporating the initial image to create a drawing; limiting a player's sketch to a combination of a predetermined set of shapes; limiting a player's sketch to clues not depicting the physical manifestation of the word provided; manipulating a hand, wrist, or arm of a player to sketch clues to a word; requiring the player sketching clues to continuously produce verbal sound; requiring the player sketching clues to continuously keep his/her feet off the floor; and requiring the player sketching the clues to sketch upside-down.

This new board game will give children the opportunity to study facts and figures about dinosaurs. In order to play this game, children must answer questions about dinosaurs, pronounce dinosaur names, spell and define dinosaur words accurately in order to gain bonus points, which are called Energy Bars. Energy bars help keep the children out of the tarpit. One square requests that a player draw a dinosaur. Instructions for drawing dinosaurs are part of the game. Another square sends a child to China to be in charge of a dig--which causes the player to lose a turn because of travel time and responsibilities. Another square makes a child become the curator of Amy's Museum of Killer Death Lizards--which, again, causes the player to lose a turn because of meetings and responsibilities. The player that goes around the board seven times, which then gives the player 14 chances to answer questions, define and spell words, pronounce names, and draw a dinosaur, becomes the winner. If there is a tie, the child with the most energy bars is declared the winner. If there is still a tie, the child with the best-drawn dinosaur wins.

A drawing tool comprises a pair of transparent screens each defining a drawing surface on the underside thereof. A powderized etching composition is contained in a closed and sealed chamber beneath each drawing surface to fully coat the surface upon shaking of the drawing tool. An operator-controlled joy stick can be manipulated universally to simultaneously move drawing points along the drawing surfaces to scribe nearly identical two-dimensional designs thereon. An optical viewer mounted upon the screens enables the operator to stereoscopically view the individual images created by the designs as a three-dimensional image.

An Internet based pictorial game allows participants to both contribute and decode pictorial content. The participants' performance, as well as that of artists and their artwork, can be tabulated and presented for community entertainment. Supplemental features can be added according to a desired rule set. Speech recognition can be used in some applications of the invention as well. Advertising can be integrated into game play as part of the picture decoding process.
