    摘要: An apparatus for the preparation of thermoplastic plastics material to be recycled has two treatment stages (68, 68) [sic—recte (67, 68)] following one after the other. At least two receiving containers (1, 1′), which are capable of being evacuated and which are attached in parallel to a receiving container (2) of the second stage (68), are present in the first stage (67). A device (70) is present by which an alternating batch-wise charging of the receiving container (2) of the second stage takes place from the receiving containers (1, 1′) of the first stage. The said device (70) controls discharge members (75) of the receiving containers (1, 1′) of the preceding stage (67), which leads into a channel (3). A shut-off member (71) is provided for each receiving container (1, 1′) of the preceding stage (67) in the said channel. The device (70) for the alternating batch-wise charging of the receiving container (2) of the last stage controls the said shut-off members (71).The method of preparing thermoplastic plastics material, to be recycled, by means of an apparatus of this type provides that the receiving container (2) of the last stage is charged alternately and, as far as possible, continuously from the receiving containers (1, 1′) of the preceding stage (67).

    摘要: An apparatus for plasticizing thermoplastic synthetic plastics material, in particular scrap material, comprises a plasticizing screw (18) bearingly supported within a housing (21), to which screw the synthetic plastics material to be plasticized is supplied through a feed opening (16). At this feed opening (16) a comminuting means in the form of two shafts (3, 4) disposed parallel to each other and parallel to the axis of the screw (18) is provided, each of the shafts (3, 4) being provided with a plurality of pinned-up disk-shaped comminuting tools (8). Between each two neighboring comminuting tools (8) a circular spacer disk (9) is disposed and stationary knives (11) engage into the gaps between adjoining comminuting tools (8), the flanks (15) of which knives extend tangentially with respect to the periphery (13) of the spacer disks (9). The two shafts (3, 4) are driven with different speeds and the knives constituted by the comminuting tools (8) comminute the synthetic plastics material and press it into the volutions of the screw (18). This results in a construction which is reliable in operation and comminutes the synthetic plastics material effectively.

The coffee densifier comprises an elongated chamber, a densifier motor, a shaft, a plurality of densifier members, a discharge door actuator, a densifier motor load sensor, and a controller. The plurality of densifier members are fixed to the shaft and configured to polish a plurality of coffee particles of the ground coffee within the elongated chamber when the plurality of densifier members are rotated by the shaft through the ground coffee within the mixing chamber. The controller configured to signal the discharge door actuator to move the discharge door to increase or decrease a density of the ground coffee exiting the chamber through the discharge opening when the densifier motor load is outside a predefined densifier motor load operating range.

    摘要: A coffee processor having a grinder and a densifier is disclosed. The densifier comprises an elongated housing having a mixing chamber configured to receive ground coffee. The mixing chamber has an inlet end opposite a discharge end. The discharge end has a discharge door. The densifier has a mixing shaft driven by a mixing motor, the mixing shaft extending along a longitudinal length of the mixing chamber. The densifier has a plurality of pins fixed to the mixing shaft and configured to agitate a bed of coffee within the mixing chamber. An automatic coffee density control system is also disclosed. A controller is configured to signal a discharge door actuator to move the discharge door a predefined distance to increase or decrease the mixer motor load when the mixer motor load sensor reports a mixer motor load value that is outside a predefined mixer motor load operating range or setpoint.
