    摘要: A system and method for mixing high viscous liquids with gas is provided. The disclosed embodiments include a reactor or mixing vessel having a draft tube disposed therein, a gas injection subsystem adapted to inject gas into the reactor or mixing vessel proximate the entrance of the draft tube. The embodiments also include an agitator disposed within the draft tube which makes the draft tube the primary site for the gas-liquid mixing. In particular, the agitator is adapted to create gas bubbles having an average diameter between about 0.3 mm and 3.0 mm which are then ejected into the reactor or mixing vessel. The mass transfer efficiency associated with the present system and method is enhanced from the combined effect of gas dissolution into the high viscous liquid within the draft tube and greater bubble residence time within the high viscous liquid.

A duct is connected to the funnel and extends toward the bottom of the vessel and includes an opening in each of its upper and lower portions. A main screw is situated in the duct and has a driving device for driving its rotation. Also, the stirring device may include an aerating device that incorporates air into the liquid by imparting movement to the liquid inside the stirring device so that the liquid cascades over an upper edge and a peripheral structure disposed in the vicinity of the upper edge of the funnel.

    摘要: A gas/liquid mixing device is provided in which bubbles having such a small diameter as to be invisible to the eye are produced and dissolved in water in a short time, whereby the solubility of gas can be improved. The gas/liquid mixing device has a mixing cylinder, a drive unit, and a gas supply device. In the mixing cylinder, a rotary vane having guide vanes is rotated to compress water in the mixing cylinder and gas supplied into the mixing cylinder so that the water flow containing the bubbles is dispersed outwardly through bubble dispersing holes formed in the wall of the mixing cylinder.

The reactor further comprises a motor driven axial flow impeller (14) located in the draft tube (13) for circulating fluid downwardly through the inner chamber (21) and upwardly through the outer chamber (23). The reactor further comprises an external circuit for withdrawing a portion of the fluid from the mixing tank (12), aerating the fluid, and returning the aerated fluid to the mixing tank (12). The aerator is in the form of a venturi device (17).

The air tube extends so as to have one end affixed to the housing and communicating with an interior of the housing at an opposite end opening to an area outside of the liquid in the wastewater treatment tank.

    摘要: The present invention provides for an aquatic environment an aerator having a temperature adjusted air inlet for aerating a quantity of water in a container, where the temperature of air pumped through an aerator may be cooled or heated, the temperature adjusted air entrained with water, and exhausted through an outlet into a bait well or a larger container, such as a pond for raising aquatic livestock. The temperature adjusted air may be supplied from an air conditioning unit in an automobile, a portable or fixed refrigeration unit, or gas flowing through an chilled environment of cooled liquid. In another embodiment, the temperature adjusted air may be drawn through an underground or underwater thermal stabilized conduit, using the natural temperature stability of underlying formations or layers. In another embodiment, where warm air is preferred, alternative sources of temperature adjusted air may be used, as for instance, an automobile heater, heaters using combustible fuels or electrical resistance heating, and even the underground or underwater thermal stabilization conduit that is also used for cooling during summer months. In some embodiments, the aerator may float, may be positioned at some relatively fixed point in the container, such as on the bottom, or may be a variable buoyancy aerator that varies the level at which the aerator is situated in the container. In another embodiment, multiple aerators are controlled in a larger container for aerating and mixing the container, where the aerators draw temperature adjusted air from a manifold.
