    摘要: A manner of providing an improved fluid processing arrangement, and bioprocessing in particular, is adapted to agitate the fluid, and also simultaneously provide for the distribution of gas throughout the fluid in order to maintain desirable processing conditions (such as an increased level of dissolved oxygen, in the case of biological applications). In some embodiments, the mixing would be completed without necessitating the use of an external drive motor or the like, such as by using a fluid-driven mixer. Overall, use of the improved arrangement leads to a simplification of the fluid processing operation with improved results and a concomitant reduction in the expense associated with such use.

    摘要: A method for plasticating and conveying macromolecular materials based on elongational flow and equipment thereof are disclosed. A set of spaces having specific shape is used, and the volume of the spaces can increase and decrease periodically, and the materials flow into the spaces when the volume is increasing; and are pressed, plasticated and discharged when the volume is decreasing, so that the plasticating and conveying process is mainly under normal stress. A vane-type plasticating and conveying unit mainly comprises a cylindrical hollow stator; a columned rotor eccentrically installed in the inner cavity of the stator, wherein a group of rectangular slots are formed along the circumference of the rotor; a plurality of vanes which are arranged evenly in the slots and baffles mounted on the two sides of the stator. The inner surface of the stator, the outer surface of the rotor, the two vanes, and the two baffles surround to form the spaces having specific shape. The vane-type plasticating and conveying unit and various screw-type extruding unit or various plunger-injection unit can be combined to form a vane-type plasticating and injection device of an extruder or injection machine. The present invention is of short material thermo-mechanical history, low energy consumption, wide adaptability, and small volume.

    摘要: A mixing pump device (1) used for fuel cells etc. has two inflow paths (51, 52), inflow side active valves (21, 22) arranged at the two inflow paths (51, 52), respectively, a pump chamber (11) into which liquids flow via each of two inflow paths (51, 52), four outflow paths (61, 62, 63, 64) for allowing a liquid mixed in the pump chamber (11) to flow out, and outflow side active valves (31, 32, 33, 34) arranged at the four outflow paths (61, 62, 63, 64), respectively. Further, a chamber (82) is formed between the pump chamber (11) and a branch point (80) at which the outflow paths (61, 62, 63, 64) branch off. The construction prevents a variation in the concentration of the liquid allowed to flow out of the outflow paths (61, 62, 63, 64) after the mixing in the pump chamber (11).
