摘要: A silicon carbide flow reactor fluidic module comprises a monolithic closed-porosity silicon carbide body, a tortuous fluid passage extending through the silicon carbide body, the tortuous fluid passage having an interior surface, and one or more thermal control fluid passages also extending through the silicon carbide body, the interior surface having a surface roughness of less than 10 μm Ra. A process for forming such modules is also disclosed.

摘要: A rectifier mounted at a bottom of a reactor includes a central layer (1), at least one interlayer (2) and an external layer (3), which are made of bird nest honeycomb ceramic, wherein porosities of the central layer, the interlayer and the external layer increase in turn. The central layer, the interlayer and the external layer are respectively provided in a central-layer cone shaped body, an interlayer cone shaped body and an external-layer cone shaped body which are installed concentrically, so as to form meshed honeycomb pores with different porosities at the bottom of the rectifier. The rectifier is made of bird nest ceramic with high density honeycomb pores, and a minimum density thereof is over 200 meshes.

摘要: Disclosed is a pyrolysis process that is capable of being with reduced coke and/or tar formation. The process can pyrolyze hydrocarbon feed that contains low- to mid-range levels of non-volatiles. Pyrolysis is carried out with a predetermined amount of the feed being in the liquid phase so as to minimize coke and/or tar formation in the pyrolysis reactor. The pyrolysis feed may also include a diluent, such as molecular hydrogen, that further acts to minimize coke and/or tar formation in the pyrolysis reactor. The amount of diluent in the pyrolysis feed can be adjusted to adjust or control dry point of the hydrocarbon in the pyrolysis feed.

摘要: A reactor using honeycomb catalyst is provided for fuel reformation with high activity and heat stability. The reactor comprises a heating tube, a methane gas inlet, a three-way steam inlet and a hydrogen-rich gas outlet. The three-way steam inlet is near to the heating tube for providing heat required for reformation and to reduce power consumption. The heating tube is made of an inconel material so that the overall reaction may be carried out at high temperature. The heating tube is set with a honeycomb carrier of cordierite. The honeycomb carrier is pasted with carbon nanotube and heat-treated to increase internal surface area. The honeycomb carrier has a Pt/CeO2/α-Al2O3 catalyst; is placed in the heating tube; and has honeycomb-pores channels parallel to a main axis of the heating tube.
