    摘要: Provided are an automatic spray system for a shoe sole adhesive and a spray method therefor, wherein a spray gun and a coating tool are provided at the end of a mechanical arm, enabled to be located in an adhesive spray path, and respectively arranged at the inner and outer sides of a contour side line of the top face of a shoe sole, and by cooperating with the scan information of the top face of the shoe sole and the position information of the shoe sole read by a computer, the adhesive spray region of the spray gun slightly exceeds the contour side line of the top face of the shoe sole and overlaps with a cementing region at the top face of the shoe sole such that a large part of the adhesive is sprayed onto the cementing region, and a small part of the adhesive exceeding the contour side line is blocked and adsorbed by the coating tool, whereby the technical effects of automatically and accurately cementing the shoe sole, preventing the adhesive from overflowing and staining the shoe sole appearance, increasing the bonding strength between the shoe sole and the vamp by uniformly coating the adhesive etc.

The valve comprises a moveable needle, a valve body which defines a circulation volume of the coating product and a seat for supporting the needle in the closed configuration of the valve. A pneumatic driver drives the pointer in translation along an axis away from or towards the seat. The pneumatic driver comprises a piston constrained to move in translation with the needle and mounted slidably in a guide body. The pneumatic driver also comprises an end-piece penetrating into a transfer chamber. The communication line links the end-piece or the transfer chamber with a variable-volume chamber defined by the guide body and a first face of the piston.

    摘要: Exemplary coating methods and coating systems, e.g., for coating the component surface of a component with a coating agent by means of an atomizer in a coating system, for example to paint a body part of a motor vehicle with paint, are disclosed. An exemplary method comprises moving the atomizer over the component surface of the component to be coated, or moving the component in the spray jet, thereby applying the coating agent to the component surface by means of the atomizer. The atomizer may be operated with at least one electrical and/or kinematic operating variable comprising a certain voltage for the electrostatic charging of the coating agent and/or a certain rotational speed of a rotating spray element of the atomizer. In one example, the electrical and/or kinematic operating variable of the atomizer may be dynamically varied during the movement of the atomizer.
