摘要: A method for operating a combined casting/rolling installation: A casting machine (4) of the combined installation (2) produces a cast product (40) and a rolling mill (6, 8) of the installation (2) produces a rolled product (42a, 42b) from the cast product (40). The installation (2) has a control device (12) with a measuring unit (14) and a controller (16). The measuring unit (14) detects a rolled-product property, generates a measurement signal dependent on that property and transmits the measurement signal to the controller (16), and the controller (16) uses the measurement signal to generate a control signal for the casting machine (4) based on a control algorithm and transmits the control signal to the casting machine (4) which uses the control signal to set a casting parameter. The detected rolled-product property is a temperature profile of the rolled product (42a, 42b) in the width direction thereof and the casting parameter that is set by the casting machine (4) using the control signal is a cooling parameter of the casting machine (4).

摘要: A closed loop temperature control system for use in tandem rolling mills. The closed loop temperature control system uses dynamic information about the temperature of the material moving through the mill to adjust the work rolls to adjust the amount of thickness reduction between the stands to control the temperature of the material as it moves through the mill. In one embodiment, the control system is configured to eliminate or reduce temperature differences across the length of the material as the material moves through acceleration, steady state, and deceleration stages of the rolling process.

摘要: A flat rolling stock of metal passes through roll stands of a finishing train, and a cooling section, in succession. Initial values which characterize the energy content of rolling stock points are determined, at the latest, when said rolling stock points enters into the finishing train. The rolling stock is tracked as it passes through the finishing train and cooling section. The initial values, trackings, and energy content influences are used to determine expected values for the energy content of the rolling stock. The energy content expected for a predetermined location, which lies between the first roll stand and the first cooling device of the cooling section is ascertained and used to determine a target energy content progression, from the predetermined location until the rolling stock passes out of the cooling section. The cooling devices are controlled based on the target energy content progression.

摘要: Provided is a manufacturing apparatus and manufacturing method of hot-rolled steel sheet which enables uniform cooling of a rolled material and improvement of the surface properties thereof. The manufacturing apparatus comprises: a rolling stand; a supplying device capable of supplying lubricant to work rolls and/or backup rolls; an online roll grinding device; and a removing device capable of removing at least part of the lubricant before the surface of the work rolls is ground by the grinding device. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: removing at least part of the lubricant adhered to the work rolls, or to the work rolls and backup rolls using the lubricant removing device after completing rolling of a preceding material; grinding the work rolls using the online roll grinding device after the removing step; and supplying the lubricant to the work rolls and/or backup rolls from the lubricant supplying device.

摘要: A method and a device have high energy efficiency and high descaling performance, with which high-quality rolling stock can be produced. In a method in which the rolling stock is heated in an induction furnace and subsequently descaled, before the rolling stock is rolled in a rolling stand or rolling relay, the heated rolling stock is descaled by at least one rotating water jet from a rotary descaler; then at least one temperature of the descaled rolling stock is respectively recorded by a temperature measuring instrument and delivered to a controller; and the controller determines at least one control parameter with the aid of a control rule and by taking into account a setpoint temperature, and delivers it to a control component, at least one inductor of the induction furnace being driven so that the temperature of the descaled rolling stock corresponds as far as possible to the setpoint temperature.

摘要: The apparatus for cooling a hot-rolled steel sheet of the invention includes a thermometer that measures the temperature of the hot-rolled steel sheet; a shape meter that measures a shape of the hot-rolled steel sheet; a top side cooling device that cools a top surface of the hot-rolled steel sheet in a cooling section; a bottom side cooling device that cools a bottom surface of the hot-rolled steel sheet in the cooling section; and a control device that controls at least one of an amount of heat dissipated from the top surface by cooling and an amount of heat dissipated from the bottom surface by cooling of the hot-rolled steel sheet in the cooling section by controlling the top side cooling device and the bottom side cooling device based on temperature measurement results and shape measurement results.

摘要: The present invention provides a method for cooling a hot-rolled steel strip after a finishing rolling in which a transportation speed varies, the method including: setting a transportation-speed changing schedule on the basis of a temperature of a steel strip before the finishing rolling and a condition of the finishing rolling; performing a first cooling in which the hot-rolled steel strip is cooled under a film boiling state in a first cooling section; performing a second cooling in which the hot-rolled steel strip is cooled with a water amount density of not less than 2 m3/min/m2 in a second cooling section; and coiling the hot-rolled steel strip, in which a cooling condition is controlled in the first cooling so as to satisfy 0.8≦(T2a′−T2a)/ΔTx≦1.2.

摘要: The present invention relates to a system and method for rolling a seamless tube. The plant comprises a main rolling mill with adjustable rolls for mandrel-rolling a semi-finished tube. The plant also comprises a fixed-roll extracting/reducing mill positioned downstream of the main rolling mill. The extracting/reducing mill is designed to extract the semi-finished tube from the mandrel and reduce its diameter to a predetermined value close to that desired for the finished tube. Finally, the plant comprises a adjustable-roll sizing mill. The sizing mill is positioned downstream of the extracting/reducing mill. This sizing mill is designed to adjust the radial position of the rolls and define the diameter of the outgoing tube.
