摘要: A manufacturing method of a semiconductor device includes the steps of: preparing a lead frame; mounting a plurality of semiconductor chips on the lead frame; and sealing one portion of the lead frame with a sealing resin. The resin-sealing step includes the step of: disposing the lead frame, molds having main surfaces on which cavity parts are formed, the lead frame being disposed on the main surface of the heated molds; injecting a resin in the main surfaces of the heated molds so as to seal the one portion of the lead frame with the sealing resin; and taking out the lead frame from the heated molds. In the taking-out step, while the lead frame is taken out, the main surfaces of the molds are inspected by using a sensor, and the sensor is cooled and formed integrally with an arm used for taking out the lead frame.

摘要: The present invention provides a method and system for automatically purging a production system. A system and method for automatically purging a manufacturing and production system includes a production device configured to purge production material during a purging period, and a control system configured to determine a quantity of production material to be purged based upon historical data corresponding to operating conditions relevant to production, wherein the control system compares current production operating conditions to the historical data to determine a purging period and to determine when production should resume. The production system and method can further include at least one sensor configured to determine at least one of whether impurities and degradations exist in the purged production material and operating conditions of the production system.

摘要: A real time method and apparatus for indicating preventative maintenance in a molding system. The molding system could be a metal molding system or a plastics molding system. Real time threshold data is compared to real time operational parameter data as measured by sensors located on the molding system. If an out of tolerance condition is detected and validated by a comparator, then an indicator is provided to notify the need for preventative maintenance.

摘要: A conveying device for conveying a viscous material from a container includes a follower plate that can be inserted into the container, and a pump by means of which the viscous material can be conveyed through the follower plate. Moreover, a measuring chamber for accommodation of a measuring sample of the viscous material is provided. The measuring chamber includes a closable material inlet opening for this purpose. A closable disposal line leads away from the measuring chamber. Moreover, a closable material return line extends from the measuring chamber via the follower plate into the container. The conveying device also includes a controller that is designed and can be operated appropriately such that it determines the compressibility of each of multiple measuring samples. The controller opens the disposal line or the material return line to the measuring sample present in the measuring chamber as a function of the compressibility thus determined.
