摘要: Disclosed herein are a molding method and a mold capable of further reducing the distance between a base material and a seal member. A molding method includes: a preforming step of injecting a rubber material into a groove at a temperature where the rubber material is not vulcanized, in a cavity plate including the groove into which the rubber material is injected; and a vulcanization molding step of sandwiching a base material between the cavity plate and a mold, and molding the rubber material onto the base material as a seal member at a temperature where the rubber material is vulcanized. The cavity plate includes a gap forming portion between such portion and an inclined portion of the base material when a flat surface and a flat surface of the base material are pressed in the vulcanization molding, and a connecting groove connecting the groove and the gap forming portion.

摘要: A method of making a monitor frame includes producing separately a transparent plate made of plastic, a middle sheet, and a looped framing plate made of plastic and defining a frame opening, the middle sheet having a middle opening extending through opposite first and second surfaces thereof; attaching the second surface of the middle sheet to a press face of a tool through a vacuum suction force; moving the press face of the tool to abut against the transparent plate and press the middle sheet against the transparent plate such that the first surface of the middle sheet is adhered flatly to the transparent plate; moving the tool away from the second surface of the middle sheet; and adhering the looped framing plate to the second surface of the middle sheet such that the frame opening is aligned with the middle opening.

摘要: A shaped body and a method for producing fibre composite components, wherein the shaped body is formed using a paper and/or cardboard material, at least in part. This makes possible cost-effective manufacture of hollow profiles of any desired length from fibre composite materials, in particular from prepreg materials and/or reinforcing fibre arrangements which are subsequently impregnated with a curable plastics material. The paper and/or cardboard material can be provided with further properties, such as gas-tightness and non-stick properties, by applying suitable functional layers. Moreover, the material makes it possible to produce highly dimensionally stable shaped bodies or support cores, in such a way that fibre composite components having highly reproducible spatial dimensions can be produced. In addition, after curing, the shaped bodies can be collapsed in a simple manner by applying a vacuum and thus removed from the fibre composite component without residues.

摘要: 1,014,115. Seaming non - metallic sheet material. O. FRIDLUND. Dec. 30, 1963 [Jan. 14, 1963], No. 51234/63. Heading B5K. A plastic bag formed from a folded sheet of material by welding the side and bottom edges in one operation with an L-shaped electrode. As described, to form a bag-like cover, a strip of thicker plastic material 4 may be welded to one edge at the same time, the strip 4 having holes 6 for the insertion of the cover in a collection case, Fig. 1 (not shown). The counter electrode is covered with a heat insulator with a high loss-factor such as pressboard, to assist welding. A thin layer of "Teflon" (Registered Trade Mark) may be inserted between the counter electrode and the pressboard. The arm of the L-shaped electrode operating on the thicker strip 4 is transversely rifled, and not covered, while the arm operating on the sheet material only is covered with rubber.
