Abstract: A heavy-duty active suspension, including a suspension frame, a lifting unit, a pin axle, a through axle, two wheel-driving units, an encoder, and a displacement sensor. The lifting unit is mounted on an upper side of the suspension frame for driving a heavy-duty support platform to rise and descend. The pin axle is mounted across the suspension frame along a front-rear direction. The through axle is rotatably mounted on the pin axle through a bearing, and is across the suspension frame along a left-right direction. The two wheel-driving units are respectively mounted on both ends of the through axle. The encoder is installed on the through axle for measuring a swing angle of the through axle. The displacement sensor is installed between an output end of the lifting unit and the suspension frame. A suspension vehicle including the active suspension and a leveling control method thereof are further provided.

Abstract: An air suspension system is provided with air spring devices, a pressure accumulation tank, a compressor device that supplies compressed air at least to the pressure accumulation tank, and that includes an electric motor, a pump device, and a dryer, and a control device that performs a vehicle height increase control, a vehicle height decrease control, an air suction control, and a regeneration air discharge control. The control device performs a heat accumulation control, by actuating the pump device with the communication between the compressor device and the air spring devices being blocked, supplying the compressed air discharged through the dryer to the pump device to be circulated, and accumulating heat of compression of the compressed air in the dryer, to regenerate the dryer.

Each of the assemblies is configured to selectively raise and lower the chassis relative to the ground surface and includes a first attachment component for attaching the assembly to one of the ground engaging elements, a second attachment component for attaching the assembly to the chassis, an adjustment component for shifting the first attachment component between a plurality of operating positions relative to the second attachment component. A control system allows an operator to remotely control the adjustment components of each of the assemblies.
