摘要: Provided is a display device for which the display content is easily viewed. A display device comprises: a cover plate having a gauge section on which an index is represented and a light transmitting portion that transmits light from the back; a needle that rotates on the gauge section and points to the index; and a display that is disposed behind the light transmitting portion and shows an image via the light transmitting portion. When viewing the display device in planar view, the gauge section has an overlapping region that overlaps with a portion of a display section where the display emits light, and the cover plate adheres to the display by a transparent resin that is between the cover plate and the display and spans at least the region of the light transmitting portion.

摘要: A vehicle display device includes a display showing surface configured to form a showing area and show driving information in image through a display; a non-display showing surface provided around the display showing surface and configured to form the showing area and switch between showing and non-showing of a notification symbol based on turning-on or turning-off of a back-side light source; and a front-side light source arranged on a side opposite to the back-side light source with the non-display showing surface interposed therebetween, and configured to irradiate the non-display showing surface with light to draw a decorative pattern, regardless of the showing or the non-showing of the notification symbol on the non-display showing surface.

摘要: In one embodiment, left and right frame elements are provided in such a manner as to be movable in a horizontal direction. The left frame element has a shape of the left half of a circular ring and the right frame element has a shape of the right half of the circular ring. The frame elements are horizontally positioned away from each other such that the left frame element surrounds the left side of a circular meter image displayed on a display and the right frame element surrounds the right side of another circular meter image displayed on the display. Two frame interpolation part images are arranged and displayed on the display in a form that the two frame interpolation part images couple upper edges of the left and right frame elements to each other and couple lower edges of the left and right frame elements to each other, respectively.

摘要: A cover panel, for at least partially transparently covering at least one display instrument in a vehicle, has a microstructure applied on at least one surface. The microstructure is suitable for scattering visible light which is incident on the cover panel. The at least one window region of the cover panel is cutout from the microstructure. A method for manufacturing such a cover panel uses a molding tool with an applied microstructure matrix for forming a microstructure on a part of the molding tool which is assigned to a surface of a molded cover panel. The parts of the molding tool which are assigned to window regions are cut out from the microstructure matrix.

摘要: A vehicle display device includes an indicator that luminously displays a display image on its screen by lighting and stops the luminous display of the display image by extinction, and a display panel that includes a light shielding part on a rear surface of the display panel. The light shielding part light-shields a surrounding part of a transmitting window, through which an image light of the display image is transmitted to be capable of being visually recognized from a front side. A transmission region of a front surface of the display panel that is located at least on the front side of the transmitting window is occupied by a planar part that is formed in a flat surface shape along the screen, and a plurality of projecting surface parts that project from the planar part into a curved projecting surface shape. An area occupancy of the planar part at the transmission region is adjusted to be equal to or larger than an area occupancy of all the plurality of projecting surface parts at the transmission region.

摘要: A vehicle-mounted display device includes a software switch region in which a first transparent resin layer, a symbol and design printed layer, a smoke printed layer, a first touch sensor sheet, and a diffusion sheet are layered in order from the front side toward the back side, and a liquid crystal touch panel region in which a second transparent resin layer, a second touch sensor sheet, and a liquid crystal sheet are layered in order from the front side toward the back side. Since the software switch region includes the diffusion sheet, not only is it possible to ensure the visibility when sunlight shines, but it is also possible to prevent the internal structure from being seen when the light source is turned off, thus enhancing the quality of the external appearance.
