A water inlet pipeline, a water outlet pipeline and a reflux pipeline are connected to the reaction pool, and the reflux pipeline communicates with the water inlet pipeline by using a reflux element. A surface aerator is arranged in the reaction pool. The reaction pool comprises a reaction zone and a settling zone, the settling zone is located at the bottom of the reaction zone, and the reaction zone is provided with a flow deflector. The flow deflector is provided with a plurality of flow deflecting channels, the sidewall of the flow deflecting channel is a rough surface, and microorganisms in the reaction pool are able to attach to the sidewall of the flow deflecting channel. The present disclosure further provides a treatment method using the municipal sewage nitrogen removal treatment device above.

In one embodiment, hydrodynamic cavitation lyses influent bacteria, releasing intracellular enzymes, and creates CaCO3 seed crystals that are discharged at the base of the water column. Bottom-dwelling upflow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB)-like granules grow in a dense, viscous N, P & Ca++ rich fluid (“hydrolytic brine”). The brine hydrolyzes ancient sludge and fresh solids into simple liquids. The granules convert hydrolyzed liquids into gas. New CaCO3 seeds grow at the produced gas/supernatant interface and propagate across the entire lagoon. Once the sludge inventory is digested, there is an excess of granules that modulate their gross productivity in response to substrate load, pH, and temperature. This present disclosure relates to a highly effective sewage treatment based on regulation and control of directed electron flow and apparatus thereof The apparatus includes an anaerobic fermentation electron generation chamber, a heterotrophic-autotrophic denitrification chamber and an aerobic membrane separation chamber. Low concentrated organic sewage is introduced into anaerobic fermentation electron generation chamber; then, particulate and partly dissolved organic substances are intercepted and absorbed by carrier materials; and extracellular currents generated by microorganism reaction are used in following autotrophic denitrification processing. Micro-/ultra-membrane separation processing is used to improve operation load and solid-liquid separation effect of sewage treatment and thereby effluent could meet the high recycling standards. The directed electron flow is regulated and controlled to enhance nutrients' removal and to reduce sludge yield and fouling rate of membrane. The sewage treatment could efficiently treat low concentrated organic sewage at normal temperature (>15° C.) and dramatically decrease energy consumption.

The system includes a hydraulic dam generated by an induced downwelling of effluent water from a plurality of water circulating devices. A series of linearly arranged treatment sub-systems are disposed upstream of the hydraulic dam. The treatment sub-systems include a water sterilization sub-system for neutralizing harmful and undesirable micro-organisms using an ultrasonic energy generating unit. The ultrasonic energy generated, is of a frequency that disrupts cellular structures in targeted micro-organisms.

The system includes a filtration chamber disposed proximate to or within a water basin, such as a watershed basin, to continuously filter contaminants from the water basin without relying on a rain event. The filtration chamber includes a reaction chamber and an aeration and mixing chamber, such that the water removed from the basin interacts with filtration media within the reaction chamber, and such that the filtration media mixes with the water (while the water is aerated) within the aeration and mixing chamber. As a result, water from the basin is continuously filtered through the water restoration system to reduce the concentration of contaminants, such as phosphorus and nitrogen, from the water basin.
