摘要： A resin composition for an optical material, which is excellent in heat resistance and transparency and is soluble in an aqueous alkali solution, a resin film for an optical material made of the resin composition, and an optical waveguide using the same are provided. The resin composition for an optical material includes: (A) an alkali-soluble (meth)acrylate polymer containing a maleimide skeleton in a main chain; (B) a polymerizable compound; and (C) a polymerization initiator. The resin film for an optical material is made of the resin composition for an optical material. The optical waveguide has a core part and/or a clad layer formed using the resin composition for an optical material or the resin film for an optical material.
