The fluidized medium moves between the gasification furnace (2) and the combustion furnace (1), and exhaust gas discharged from another combustor is utilized as a fluidizing gas in the combustion furnace (1).

    摘要: A method produces a product gas rich in hydrogen. A starting material including carbon is split via pyrolysis, and the resulting gas is mixed with water vapor to increase the hydrogen content and heated. The heat necessary comes from the combustion of the produced pyrolysis coke. The heat necessary for individual process steps is fed via a heat transfer medium circuit having a heating zone heated via flue gas from the pyrolysis coke firing. The gas/water vapor mixture is subsequently heated in a reaction zone. The heat transfer medium heats the starting material in a pyrolysis zone indirectly, without directly contacting the starting material, is cooled in a cooling zone, and subsequently returns to the beginning of the circuit. Upstream of the heating zone, the heat transfer medium is preheated via the hot product gas.

    摘要: Apparatus for gasifying a solid fuel that supplies a solid fuel such as coal by dry condition to a gasification furnace of an entrained-bed type is constructed so as to be able to collect the char discharged from the gasification furnace and re-supply the char to the furnace without using a lock hopper and without changing the char into slurry form.The char discharged from the gasification furnace along with produced gases 53 produced in the gasification furnace is brought into contact with water by a gas cooler 9 and collected. After being dehydrated by a dehydrator 10, the collected char is loaded into a mill 2 or a raw-coal bunker 1. For loading into the raw-coal bunker 1, the char is dried by a drying machine 14, preferably, after the dehydration.According to the present invention, a mixture of the collected char and water can be re-supplied to the gasification furnace without using a lock hopper or a dry feeder. After being dehydrated, the char preferably is further dried and then supplied to the gasification furnace. Since a great deal of moisture is not supplied to the inside of the gasification furnace, it is possible to prevent a temperature of the gasification furnace from decreasing, and thus improve gas conversion efficiency.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method and installation for producing liquid energy carriers from a solid carbon carrier by means of gasifying a solid carbon carrier. The installation is at least comprised of a drying device, a gasification apparatus, a synthesizing device for synthesizing the liquid energy carrier, a device for effecting the electrolysis of water for producing oxygen serving as a gasification agent and hydrogen for the synthesis process, and of a combustion apparatus, which is connected to the output of the gasification apparatus for carbon-containing gasification residues and to the oxygen outlet of the device for effecting the electrolysis of water. According to the invention, at least a portion of the waste steam from the drying device and at least a portion of the residual gas arising during synthesis are fed to the gasification process in the gasification apparatus. In addition, the carbon-containing residuals from the gasification apparatus and a portion of the oxygen produced in the device for effecting the electrolysis of water can be fed to a combustion apparatus, and the carbon dioxide-containing and oxygen-containing waste gas from the combustion apparatus can be fed to the combustion apparatus in the form of a gasification agent.

    摘要: The present invention provides a method of producing a synthesis gas from a regeneration of spent cracking catalyst. The method includes introducing a spent cracking catalyst into a first regeneration zone in a presence of a first oxygen and carbon dioxide atmosphere and at a first regeneration temperature. For example, a temperature that does not exceed about 1400° F., and more preferable a temperature that ranges from about 1150° F. to about 1400° F., may be used as the first regeneration temperature. The method further includes introducing the spent cracking catalyst from the first regeneration zone into a second regeneration zone in a presence of a second oxygen and carbon dioxide atmosphere, and producing a synthesis gas from cracking deposits located on the spent cracking catalyst within the second regeneration zone at a second regeneration temperature substantially greater than said first regeneration temperature. In a preferred embodiment, the second regeneration temperature ranges from about 1500° F. to about 1800°, and in a related embodiment is about 1800° F.
