摘要: The invention relates to a modified polyisocyanate and use thereof, especially as a crosslinking component in a water-soluble or water-dispersible coating composition. The modified polyisocyanate comprises iminooxadiazinedione structure and isocyanurate structure, wherein the weight ratio of the iminooxadiazinedione structure to the isocyanurate structure is not less than 1: 5; and relative to the total weight of the modified polyisocyanate, the total amount of molecules with a number average molecular weight greater than 2700 g/mol in the modified polyisocyanate is 4.1% by weight to 22% by weight; and the modified polyisocyanate is obtainable by the reaction of: an aminosulfonic acid, a polyisocyanate; a tertiary amine; and optionally a polyether alcohol containing ethylene oxide groups.

摘要: The present invention relates to an aqueous polyurethane urea dispersion containing a polyurethane urea and a preparation process and use thereof, especially to the use in the field of coatings, adhesives or sealants, and the products obtained by coating, bonding or sealing with the polyurethane urea dispersion. The polyurethane urea of the aqueous polyurethane urea dispersion containing the polyurethane urea is obtained by the reaction of a system including the following components: a mixture of isocyanates, a polymer polyol, a monofunctional nonionic hydrophilic compound and a potentially anionic or anionic hydrophilic compound; said aqueous polyurethane urea dispersion has a viscosity of 5 s-18 s; relative to the total weight of said aqueous polyurethane urea dispersion, the amount of said polyurethane urea is 30 wt %-50 wt %. The aqueous polyurethane urea dispersion of the present invention has good compatibility with various organic solvents.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for preparing an aqueous polyurethane (PU) dispersion with non-ionic reactive emulsifiers and sulfonate groups. The aqueous PU dispersion includes the following components: 10-40 parts by weight of polymer polyol, 5-20 parts by weight of isocyanate monomer, 0.1-1.5 parts by weight of trimethylolpropane, 3-15 parts by weight of monofunctional alkoxy polyethylene glycol or propylene glycol, 0.5-2.0 parts by weight of diaminosulphonate chain extender, 0.5-3.0 parts by weight of non-ionic organic amine chain extender, 0.01-0.05 parts by weight of catalyst, 0-8 parts by weight of organic solvent, 50-80 parts by weight of deionized water, and 0.1-5 parts by weight of thickener. 摘要: An aqueous polyurethane dispersion comprises a polyurethane polymer obtainable by the reaction of an isocyanate-functional polyurethane prepolymer A) with an isocyanate-reactive component B), wherein the isocyanate-functional prepolymer A) is obtainable by the reaction of a mixture comprising: a polyol component comprising a polyester polyol obtainable by the reaction of a mixture comprising an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and at least one diol selected from the group consisting of linear aliphatic diols and a branched aliphatic diols; and a polyisocyanate component comprising ≧50 weight-%, based on the total weight of polyisocyanates, of dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate. The isocyanate-reactive component B) comprises a compound comprising sulfonate groups which is employed in an amount of ≧3.5 weight-% to ≦10 weight-%, based on the total weight of the polyol component, the polyisocyanate component and the isocyanate-reactive component B). The invention also concerns the use of such an aqueous polyurethane dispersion for coatings, a method of manufacturing a coated substrate and to a coated substrate.

The enzyme layer protects the enzyme and prevents it from leaching from the sensing membrane into a host or deactivating.

The devices comprise a sensor configured to generate a signal associated with a concentration of an analyte and a sensing membrane located over the sensor. The sensing membrane comprises a biointerface layer which interfaces with a biological fluid containing the analyte to be measured. The biointerface layer comprises a biointerface polymer, wherein the biointerface polymer comprises polyurethane and/or polyurea segments and one or more zwitterionic repeating units. The biointerface layer increases sensor longevity and decrease sensor inaccuracy by inhibiting accumulation of cells, proteins, and other biological species on the outermost layers of the sensor.
