    摘要: An efficient thermal energy power engine is disclosed. A gasification reactor is arranged on a cylinder head of an internal combustion engine. Gasifying plates are arranged with gaps on the cylinder head. An upper portion of the gasification reactor is connected to an atomizer. The atomizer is connected to a pressure pump via a pipe. The pressure pump is connected to a liquid storage tank via a pipe. The liquid storage tank is connected to a cooler via a pipe. The cooler is connected to an exhaust passage via a pipe. Heat absorption plates are arranged inside the exhaust passage in parallel in an air flow direction. The heat absorption plates absorb thermal energy of exhaust gas and transfer the thermal energy to the gasification reactor. The cylinder body of the internal combustion engine is wrapped with an insulation layer.

    摘要: A six stroke high thermal efficiency engine and a method for operating such an engine are disclosed. Oxygen or oxygen-enriched air is used as the oxidizer, heat is recovered from the two exhaust strokes, superheated steam is used in the second power stroke, and high levels of exhaust gas from stroke four are recirculated. Lean burn combustion is utilized to produce an oxygen rich exhaust which results in very low levels of particulates, unburned hydrocarbons, and carbon monoxide. Due to high thermal efficiency, carbon dioxide emissions are reduced per unit of power output. Use of oxygen or oxygen-enriched air as the oxidizer produces an exhaust containing very low levels of nitrogen oxides. The engine is insulated to conserve heat, resulting in reduced engine noise. An engine with high thermal efficiency, quiet operation, and low emissions is the result.

    摘要: A telescopic piston and crankshaft assembly includes a crankshaft that has a plurality of rod journals. Each of the rod journals has a center portion and a pair of lateral portions. The center portion is offset from each of the lateral portions with respect to an axis of rotation extending through the crankshaft. The center portion leads the lateral portions when the crankshaft is rotated. A plurality of piston units is each rotatably coupled to the crankshaft. Each of the piston units has an outer section and an inner section. The outer section of each of the piston units is rotatably coupled to each of the lateral portions of an associated one of the rod journals. The inner section of the piston units is rotatably coupled to the center portion of an associated one of the rod journals. The inner section leads the outer section when the crankshaft rotates.

The system provides for more efficient fuel combustion during the power stroke, which extends past bottom dead center thus increasing power, fuel efficiency, and greatly reduces harmful emissions. The additional fifth and sixth strokes provide for intake and exhaust cooling. The system demonstrates increased reliability, efficiency, and a cooler operating environment while operating with various fuels.

The fuel introduction system includes a first orifice set for introducing a first fuel charge to a combustion chamber of the engine during the first compression stroke and/or power stroke and a second orifice set for introducing a second fuel charge to the combustion chamber during the second compression stroke and/or power stroke. Combustion of the second fuel charge can assist in burning particulate matter left in the combustion chamber from combusting the first fuel charge. The first and second orifice sets can be configured to differentiate the first and second fuel charges by, for example, fuel quantity or spray pattern.

    摘要: In an attempt to regenerate energy of exhaust gas by using a pressure regenerator secured to an exhaust port of a displacement type engine so as to realize the Atkinson's cycle, if the engine is a four-cycle engine, raising regenerative pressure may cause abnormal fuel combustion or melting damage of an exhaust valve. The present invention has successfully solved this problem by using a six-cycle engine. The six-cycle engine with a regenerator according to the present invention is capable of varying proportion of the power output that is generated by the six-cycle engine itself and that is generated by the regenerator. Using this principle enables the six-cycle engine with a generator to be used as an engine that is capable of generating two kinds of output power or as a six-cycle gas turbine with high controllability. The invented internal combustion engine is excellent and valuable in the fuel cost economy when it is used as a motor for a power station and a small generator as well as a motor for a movable body such as a ship or a vehicle. The invented internal combustion engine is especially suitable for a movable body such as a hybrid-system vehicle. Incidentally, the inventor is ready for granting the rights for practicing the present invention.
