    摘要: A hydrokinetic turbine is adapted to slow water energy conversion to avoid adverse environmental impact on tidal flushing. It combines a large bulbous upstream hub with a peripheral array of current deflectors downstream of the hub. The deflectors are analogous to delta plane wings at high angle of attack, but here are oriented to cause both tangential and radially inwards angular acceleration of ambient flow. Torque develops in reaction to these angular accelerations, in contrast to Bernoulli effect lift on high aspect ratio foil sections that require high surface flow speeds. The fluid accelerations further combine to form a vortex in the turbine's turbulent wake, which draws additional water through the deflector array. In one embodiment, the deflectors' support members pivot about their inner ends in the mode of a rotary kite that may economically project a resilient structure over a very large area. In another embodiment, the entire turbine may submerge to permit passage of deep draft commercial shipping traffic.

    摘要: A method of controlling a tethered, underwater, water current-driven turbine, power-generating device. The device is comprised of dual turbines and dual rotor blades turned by fluid flow, each turbine including one or more generators driven by rotor blades. The device is connected by device tethers to a strut, which is moveable to control depth of the device. The strut is connected to the ocean floor by tripodal tethers: a main tether, a left side tether and a right side tether, which are strut control tethers. One or more winches are controlled to maintain operation of the device within set parameters by varying the tension on one or more of the strut control tethers.

    摘要: A method for converting kinetic energy in horizontal currents of naturally occurring fluids above ground into mechanical energy. A circulating element is guided in a closed cycle and is arranged substantially in a plane parallel to the ground. The circulating element has two lengthwise adjustable traction ropes/chains fastened in two opposite positions. The ropes/chains have buoyancy elements at their free ends. The buoyancy elements have cross-sections for the current to impact. In an embodiment, a traction rope/chain fixed to a section of the circulating element facing the horizontal current is adjusted to be longer than the traction rope/chain fixed to a section of the circulating element facing away from horizontal current. The lengths of the two traction ropes/chains in the region of the points of return of the circulating element are reversed upon which the course of the circulating element relative to the horizontal current is reversed, when seen in the direction of circulation of the circulating element.

    摘要: An adjustable platform for installing a wind turbine generator comprises an adjustable platform shell, the adjustable platform shell is installed on a hull, pile legs are connected vertically in the adjustable platform shell in a sliding way, a plurality of adjusting jacks are arranged on the pile legs, an electric plug-in component is arranged in the adjustable platform shell and used for fitting with the adjusting jacks. The fitting of electric plug-in component with the adjusting jacks of the pile legs replaces the bolted connection between the installation platform and the pile legs, and the electric power is used to replace the manual operation, solving the technical problems in the prior art that bolted connection is required between the installation platform and the pile legs, bolts are required to be removed manually before the pile legs sink, and the labor cost is greatly consumed.
