The pump casing (20) includes a central opening (27) to form an axial supply (14) of the pump housing (2) for material to be pumped. The circumferential wall (3) closes the pump housing (2) along its outer circumference. The pump (1) includes a plurality of connection elements (22) connecting the pump casing (20) to the circumferential wall (3). The connection elements (22) are positioned in groups along the circumference of the pump housing (2), wherein the groups are regularly distributed along the circumference of the pump housing (2).

摘要: A method for producing a component, particularly a component of a turbomachine, is disclosed. In an embodiment, the method includes the following process steps: a) producing a blank of a component by an additive production process or deposition of at least a first component element on a second component element by at least one additive production process for producing a blank of a component; b) setting a predefined roughness and/or quality of at least one section of a surface of the blank by vibratory grinding; and c) non-destructing testing of at least the section of the surface of the blank having a predefined roughness and/or quality by a penetration test, specifically a fluorescent penetrant test or dye penetrant test. A use of the method as well as components that are produced using the method are also disclosed.

摘要: An electro-magnetic coupling system for transferring torque between a pair of coaxial spools of a gas turbine engine is provided. The system includes a first rotor rotatable with one of the spools, a second rotor rotatable with the other of the spools, and a stator. The first and second rotors and the stator are coaxial with each other. The second rotor operably couples the first rotor and the stator. The first rotor carries a plurality of magnetic flux-producing formations which produce a first magnetic field. The stator carries a plurality of electrical winding coils which are energisable to generate a second magnetic field. The second rotor carries an arrangement of interpoles which modulate the first and second magnetic fields such that the modulated fields interact to transfer torque between the spools.

摘要: A gas turbine engine installation is provided that has a flexible printed circuit board (FPCB) harness to transfer electrical signals, including electrical power, around a gas turbine engine. The FPCB harness is held to the gas turbine engine installation using clips. The clips have a jaw that has two sets of opposing teeth extending from a base, and a mouth through which the FPCB harness is inserted. The teeth point in a direction that has a component from the mouth to the teeth. This means that the force required to insert the FPCB harness into the clip is lower than the force required to pull the FPCB harness out of the clip in the opposite direction. This means that the FPCB harness can be secured in place while aiding ease of assembly.
