摘要: Methods and systems are provided for performing a multiple gear downshift of a transmission gear by transiently operating in an intermediate gear. In response to air mass flow not reaching a threshold for CAC self-cleansing for a set duration, the transmission gear may be downshifted from a higher gear to an intermediate gear, and then to a requested lower gear. Downshifting through an intermediate gear may also be controlled based on the gear shift request and maximum air mass flow levels for engine misfire.

摘要: A select control system for a vehicle transmission includes a gate mechanism having plural gates respectively selected upon a shift operation and having at least an actual gate, a temporary target gate, and a target gate, a select position determining mechanism adjusted to move the actual gate to the target gate along a select direction of the gate mechanism, and a select control element adjusted to control the select position determining mechanism. The select control element performs a temporary target gate remaining process in which the actual gate temporarily remains at the temporary target gate and moves to the target gate.

摘要: In a selector device for a change-speed gearbox, a selector shaft arranged in such a way as to be rotatable and axially displaceable relative to a housing is connected by respective auxiliary mechanisms for converting a reciprocating motion into a rotary motion by at least two choosing sleeves that are arranged concentrically, rotatably and in an axially displaceable manner relative to it and are fixed rotatably and in an axially nondisplaceable manner relative to the housing when firmly braked by respective brakes. In significant angular positions, the selector shaft can be actuated out of a neutral position in one of the two axial directions of its axis of rotation into an end position associated with a respective gear. The auxiliary mechanisms are harmonized in such a way with one another that the respective new gear can be chosen initially and selected by external actuation of the selector shaft in just one direction of its axis of rotation and selective engagement of one, two or none of the brakes.
