    摘要: A long sleeve cartridge for being inserted into a fluid end block of a pump is disclosed. The long sleeve cartridge includes a body and a sleeve bore extending through the body. The sleeve bore includes a first inner diameter and a second inner diameter. The first inner diameter is less than the second inner diameter. A first aperture is located on the body, and a second aperture is located on the body in a radial position substantially diametrically opposite of the first aperture. A packing seal assembly is secured within the long sleeve cartridge. The packing seal assembly includes one or more seals and a biasing mechanism to provide a compression force on the seals. The packing seal assembly is arranged within the second inner diameter when the packing seal assembly is disposed within the long sleeve cartridge.

    摘要: The invention relates to a piston pump, in particular for injection systems for motorized two-wheeled vehicles and/or for motorized three-wheeled vehicles, having a compression chamber, a piston, an inlet valve, and an outlet valve. A fluid can flow into the compression chamber via the inlet valve, and the fluid can flow out of the compression chamber via the outlet valve. A region in the form of a channel, which is arranged fluidically upstream of the outlet valve, in particular directly upstream of the outlet valve, has a cross-section which is reduced compared to a compression chamber region at a distance from the outlet valve. The invention is characterized in that a piston end face facing the channel has a region which can be immersed into the channel.

    摘要: A mechanical seal of the cartridge type for a cryogenic pump. A stationary subassembly attaches to a pump casing, the stationary subassembly running against the flat surface of a rotary subassembly to thereby provide a sealing face. The stationary subassembly defines an inner seal cavity and further comprises a gland and a packing plate attached to the gland, the packing plate having a front face and back face, wherein the back face is angled to be non-parallel with the front face such that ice and moisture from the cryogenic pump is directed away from the inner seal cavity. A shroud over the drive ring for sealing disposition against the shaft shields ice and moisture ingress into the inner seal cavity. Lock wire holes defined within the collar screw and drive collar allow a lock wire to prevent loosening of the collar screw to prevent sparking.

    摘要: A seal assembly seals a gap between a pump plunger and a high pressure cylinder of a pump. The assembly includes a seal ring having a bore through which the plunger can extend, a front axial end, and a rear axial end. An O-ring is positioned on the seal ring. A packing ring has a bore through which the plunger can extend, a front axial end abutting the rear axial end of the seal ring, and a rear axial end. A non-metal packing follower has a bore through which the plunger can extend, a front axial end abutting the rear axial end of the packing ring, and a rear axial end. The non-metal packing follower can be ceramic (e.g., carbide) or similar hard, wear-resistant materials.
