    摘要: A heat dissipating device includes a carrier, a magnetic driving module installed on the carrier, two fixing rivets, and two swing structures. Each of the swing structures includes a blade, a positioning rivet, and a magnetic actuation fixed on the blade by using the positioning rivet. The two blades are respectively fixed on two opposite outer sides of the carrier by using the two fixing rivets, and the two blades are parallel to each other. When the magnetic driving module generates a magnetic field, the two magnetic actuations are moved by the magnetic field to swing the two blades.

    摘要: A heat exchanger includes a plurality of channels and one or more active flow disruption members disposed at an entrance to the plurality of channels. The active flow disruption members are configured to induce unsteadiness in a flow through the plurality of channels to increase thermal energy transfer in the plurality of channels. A method for transferring thermal energy from a heat exchanger includes locating one or more active flow disruption members at an entrance to a plurality of channels of the heat exchanger. A flow is directed across the one or more active flow disruption members into the plurality of channels and an unsteadiness is produced in the flow via the one or more active flow disruption members. The unsteadiness in the flow increases the transfer of thermal energy between the heat exchanger and the flow.

    摘要: An isothermal turbo-compressor-condenser-expander arrangement includes heat-transferring blades that are mounted on, or surround, individual conduits to promote air exchange and heat transfer. In operation, the open framework rotates in free air to promote heat exchange. The assembly includes a first plurality of spokes extending radially outwardly from a first central hub to an outer perimeter with first radial conduits that transport refrigerant under centrifugal force and compression from the hub to the outer perimeter. The first radial conduits include heat exchanging blades. A second plurality of spokes extend radially outwardly from a second central hub that each includes a second thermally-insulated conduit that transports refrigerant from the outer perimeter to the second central hub. Axial conduits extend axially at the outer perimeter. At least some of the axial conduits include an axial blade in thermal communication with the conduit that promotes heat exchange radially.
