    摘要: A heat exchanger is provided which is capable of rapidly moving condensed water downward. The heat exchanger may include a plurality of flat tubes forming a plurality of flow paths therein; and a fin located between the plurality of flat tubes to conduct heat. The fin may include at least one first fin portion located between the plurality of flat tubes; at least one first bent portion bent at the first fin portion so as to come into contact with a first one of the plurality of flat tubes; at least one second fin portion bent at the first bent portion, the second fin portion being opposite to the first fin portion and being located between the plurality of flat tubes; a flow space defined between the first fin portion and the second fin portion; at least one second bent portion bent at the second fin portion so as to come into contact with a second one of the plurality of flat tubes; at least one condensed water discharge hole formed by cutting at least one of the first bent portion or the second bent portion; and at least one condensed water discharge fin bent at the at least one of the first bent portion or the second bent portion.

    摘要: A gas-cooled heat exchanger, in particular a direct intercooler, for cooling of a fluid which flows through the heat exchanger, with a heat transfer block featuring a plurality of flow channels, with a first collection chamber and a second collection chamber. The collection chambers are fluidically connected with one another via the flow channels and the outside of the heat transfer block can be perfused by gas. In the direction of the perfusion, a screen is arranged in front of the heat transfer block for the prevention of flow in certain areas around the flow channels of the screen. One of the collection chambers features a vent for discharge of condensate of the fluid which can be sealed from or released into the surrounding area of the heat exchanger.

    摘要: A method for dispensing a milk-containing composition consisting of a flavour composition and a milk product by supplying the milk product to a removable heat exchanger provided with a flexible tube, wherein the flavour composition is added to the heated milk product in random order after the heat exchanger, cooling the milk product that remains in the heat exchanger after the latter has been emptied for the larger part by means of the heat exchanger after a specified period of time, calculated from the last time dispensing of the milk-containing composition took place, so that it will keep for a comparatively prolonged period of time, and subsequently heating the milk product for a next dispensing action and replenishing it with a next amount of milk product shortly before mixing it with the flavour composition, whereupon the hot milk-containing composition is discharged. The invention further relates to a heat exchanger obviously intended for use in this method.

    摘要: A heat exchanger for heat exchange between air and a heat exchange medium includes a plurality of heat transfer conduits arranged parallel to each other as flow paths for the heat exchange medium and a plurality of fin members. The fin members are configured to provide: an air inlet end for air inflow, an air outlet end for air outflow, and an air flow path. The air flow path connects the air inlet end with the air outlet end and allows a heat exchange with the plurality of heat transfer conduits. Each fin member includes a plurality of undulation troughs coplanar with each other and connected together so as to define a water condensate flow path. Each water condensate flow path has a flat bottom which extends from the air inlet end to the air outlet end.
