    摘要: A magnetic field sensor for sensing an external magnetic field is disclosed. The magnetic field sensor includes at least two magnetic tunneling junction (MTJ) elements disposed on an underlying electrode. Each of the MTJ elements is formed by a synthetic antiferromagnetic layer, a barrier layer and a free layer sequentially stacked together. A top electrode is then connected to the free layers. The free layer can be a single free layer, a composite free layer, a synthetic antiferromagnetic free layer or an alloy free layer. When a current is applied to a metal circuit passing over or below the MTJ elements, free magnetic moments generated by the MTJ elements are anti-parallel to each other along a reference axis, and the angles between the magnetic moments created by the MTJ elements and the reference axis are 40 to 50 degrees and 130 to 140 degrees, respectively.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a record optimizer system which functions to adjust a height of a phonograph record which maximizes fidelity reception from a turntable tone arm with a mounted cartridge. The system comprises a measuring spindle which is removably attachable to a measuring base platter of a measuring base. The system further comprises a center label cut out optimizing disc which is positioned upon the measuring base platter or a standard optimizing disc. The standard optimizing disc is positioned upon the measuring base platter. The measuring spindle post is positioned within an opening of the standard optimizing disc platter. The system further comprises a weight disc removably positioned on top of the phonograph record which is positioned on top of the standard optimizing disc. The system further comprises a tuning disc set which is positioned between the standard optimizing disc and the phonograph record.

    摘要: A record engraving apparatus having a table with a vacuum source for retaining thereon a master lacquer with portions thereon having pre-recorded disc-shaped record portions. The rotatable table is precisely positionable in all directions of the plane of the table as well as in orthogonal directions, and includes provision for mounting the master lacquer with the center thereof in one of at least two locations depending on the center of the record portions relative to the master lacquer. A vertically adjustable arm is provided with a turret head having thereon a plurality of heated sapphire cutters of different sizes, each of which may be indexed into position. The arm is adjustable in a direction orthogonal to the plane of the table to provide variations in depths of cuts.

    摘要: A signal delaying device delays a digital signal corresponding to an audio signal. Input signal data is sequentially written into a memory with regularity and data at an address which was written a predetermined period of time before writing of the present data is read out thereby effecting the delay of the signal. In using, the memory is divided into a number corresponding to the number of channels of input signals, that is, the address designation and the manner of control of writing and reading of the memory is changed in accordance with the number of channels of input signals. The delay time of the signal is set by properly setting the predetermined period of time.

    摘要: Piezoelectric video disc recording cutterheads have small and intricate geometries that make it difficult to compute or measure their mechanical characteristics, especially during the recording process. A monitoring circuit, for use during recording, for monitoring and measuring the mechanical characteristics of a recording cutterhead takes the form of a bridge network. The motional charge or motional current, which are related to the mechanical characteristics of the cutterhead, is measured by means of the bridge network. One branch of the bridge is arranged to include the piezoelectric cutterhead, the other branch comprises a variable capacitor which is adjusted to compensate for the shunt capacitance of the equivalent electrical circuit of the cutterhead. When the variable capacitance is properly adjusted the combination of the currents through the bridge network provides a signal representative of the displacement characteristics of the cutterhead.

    摘要: A record disc recording system comprises a circuit for generating a control signal voltage corresponding to the position of a cutter head on a disc. The system also includes a limiting amplifier control and a control circuit for controlling the gain of the limiting amplifier in accordance with the control signal voltage. Responsive to the control signal, the limiting amplifier successively increases the degree of limiting, as the cutter head moves from the outer periphery to the inner periphery of the disc, thereby limiting amplitude with respect to the signal.
